It's unfortunate that there isn't a lower rating than one star.Stay away from this terrible company. I'm required to have a sleep study before having surgery for purposes of anesthesia level. So I booked an appointment with ********************************** On the day of my appointment, there was a snow storm, and the office was closed. Knowing this could be a possibility, i spent over an hour trying to penetrate the voice mail telephone system and get to a real person before we left for the appointment.There is no option that will get you to a real person. (claims 'helping other callers') even though the office is closed and empty.So we went to the appointment which is a long drive, only to find the place locked up and dark with no note or message at all. When we got back there was a message from the ***************************** suggesting a virtual appointment. The message was left minutes before we returned home.The next day a person actually called and claimed they called and left messages. This is a lie, there was no call & no message(s) prior to the appointment.They claim the next appointment is more than a month away, which sets my surgery back over a month from now. My joint replacement surgery is very painful, and severely limits my mobility, which I must endure due to MN ***************************** incompetence covered up with lies.At a bare minimum, they should have put a message on their phone system telling the patients that they decided to close for the day.Outrageous!

Same complaint as ************ has. The staff is terrible. **** told me he was not the complaint department when I called to find out wher my home sleep study was that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. Two weeks later it was nowhere to be seen. Then I asked for a tracking # for the shipment. Called and left messages, got no return call. I find out they supplied the wrong address to shipper.Get the test, return it and then no results of test. I call to schedule virtual visit and havent heard back from anyone in 3 days. The phone is never answered by a person or even given a chance to hold just leave a message and then get no call back

*************** visit and consultation with the doctor was fine. She answered my questions and adequately explained my condition. The staff member I spoke with when making the appointment was friendly. The reason that I'm giving them 2 stars is I cannot contact anyone to schedule the next appointment that the doctor recommended (been trying for 2 months). I have left multiple voicemails and sent several emails but, I have not received a response. If I was looking for a consultation without treatment...I'd give them 4 stars.
