      ***** did my hair on 1/20/24 - she charged me $90 for a color and highlight. The color has now fallen out completely and I called today to make an appointment to come for a color but to leave out the hair that was highlighted so my hair would still have highlights. I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by ****** that ***** charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out. I told her I would have no issue paying the difference between what I already paid and what the correct price is, but since they made a mistake and that's why my hair isn't holding the color, that I didn't see how it was fair that I had to pay the full price when my original price was 1/2 that. ****** got an attitude with me and said "NO, YOU WOULD BE PAYING ME TO DO IT! NOT HER!" - and further explained if I would have come in last week, she could have done it for free... so last week you can do it for free, but this week you can't do it for the adjusted correct price when you guys messed up??? I want my money back for my original process so I can take it to someone who can handle my hair appropriately.

      on 01/22/2024 I went into Supercuts to get a haircut. I had to go to someone else to get the haircut done over again. I am looking for a return back to my credit card of $23.00 I am not sure I want them doing my haircut again. I tried to call to get problem resoved through coroprate but there website is user unfriendly. I called the ********************** and they wouldn't give me a managers name

      This appointment was a disaster. I tried this salon once before and had a terrible experience but saw a new stylist and was hoping for the best. I specifically told the stylist that I have curly/kinky hair and needed someone to use a round brush to smooth out the roots. Well, she did NOTHING TO THE ***** and used it on the ends. I have a picture to show management how awful it looks. She then had to go back and try and smooth the roots out with a flat iron at the end. It looks awful and I will have to get it redone tomorrow. Also, she tried to do pin curls but doesnt know how. Its completely *****, frizzy, and NO CURL. She also left metal pins in my head in the back. She never even checked to see if it was even styled. This place should be SHUT DOWN. Ive never experienced such incompetence in one salon in my life.

      12-08-2023 Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I went in with long hair requesting a trim to a *** cat. I can't believe my eyes the worst feeling in the world I hate the place and ******** the person who did it. Thinned out my already thin hair and uneven all around. Can't even get it fixed since the cut is so short. It would take off everything. What she thinks is best for me is not what I wanted and expressed that once she ask how much I specified. People should be sued for this. I hope karma hits you She told me I was balding at my part and tried to change my line. Kept telling me she works with chemo clients. I remind her of them and that she knows what she is doing. She said my hair is thin and falling out. She seemed jealous of the way my hair was so she went and ruined it.My first mistake was making the appointment at supercuts but anyone should have common courtesy and know how to trim hair just a couple inches. I will never get a trim anywhere again I'm traumatized for life.

      I purchased a gift card for $100 to give as a gift. I contacted the local Supercuts to verify they accept gift cards. They said they did (and they do) but after my wife and daughter had their haircut and tried to pay with the gift card they were told it is not valid. They paid themselves and Supercuts and *******.com refuse to refund the unused card that didnt work.Upon further review Ive discovered hundreds of complaints online where similar situations have occurred. I have sent a demand letter and will be pursuing this until Im made whole after being subject to your deceptive business practices.

      I went here Monday and the person who usually cuts my hair was off. Being as this is not close to my home I let this other person butcher my hair. Said she had been cutting hair for 8 years (more like 8 minutes). I wanted it short in the back and longer on the sides. What I got was worse than the ***** Wonka style. First, never had anyone use clippers or razor for the full cut. Ask for a little shorter in back but then she would go shorter on the sides which defeated the purpose. The way it cut you can not style it. It is the worst hair cut of my life. I think I deserve at least a full refund for the embarrassment I must be seen in public with hair that is this horrible. The questionable stylist kept saying on it is so cute. She needs glasses. I did not have mine on at the time. Then she did not know how to get the hair off of me and was trying to use a towel. My son came over picked up the hair dryer and to her surprise it worked. Again, I would like a refund for this disaster.Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute. Explain my granddaughter laughed, my son was shocked and my friends did not know what to say. She asked if I wanted her to fix the issue. As I told her there was not enough hair left to repair the issue. Then she asked if I wanted a refund and I said that would be great. At that time I said I would be in Wednesday because that is when I would be in the area. She said that would be fine. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when she was a no show and the lovely lady working was unable to refund my money. At least the stylist was able to cut the uneven long pieces of hair that were left in between the extra short one.Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute.       I am contacting Regis Corp. regarding a Supercuts store in ******* **. in Regal Plaza on the Palouse Hwy. I came in for a simple 5-minute haircut for a man, waited ***** minutes which was no problem for stylist ******** to begin my haircut. I explained in detail what size/number blade I use on the sides and on top. She became very confused then totally stressed out when I told her it was not right, she Ripped the gown off suddenly around me and told me to get out and never come back and that I was being disrespectful, when I never said a word against her, I was only trying to explain how another stylist cuts my hair and she said, "well then go to her". This "********" was obviously upset over something else before I came there, or she was under the influence of something because I never said a mean word to her. In front of other customers waiting, she tells me to leave and never come back. She did not even charge me for the haircut which I intended on paying for anyways, but without no tip. I still want to pay for my haircut to this moment, I only feel she owes me an apology, as this kind of treatment has never happened to me before or in the over 3 years I had been coming to Supercuts.

      On Monday, April 17 at 10 AM I had a hair appointment for a color change(dark to light) at the Smart Style Salon inside our local ******* located in ***********, **. The Stylist name was ****. When I arrived 10 minutes early, she didnt have a solution she needed to get my hair as light as I wanted it so she closed up the shop and walked outside to another business to buy the developer that she needed. They did not have what she was looking for so she purchased something different and we went back to the salon to start on my hair. This lady said that she could do my hair color the way I wanted it, or very close to what I wanted because my hair was darker, it could take a couple of appts. She was very distracted, very talkative and had visitors during my appt. I didnt leave there until 4:30pm she only had a couple walkins, but around 2:30 PM her mother/mother-in-law dropped off her kids to the salon after school. There were four children in total and one of them was a one year old that was very fussy and crawling on the floor. I waited while being processed with bleach 2 times over the time I needed to have it in my hair. It damaged my hair so bad while I was waiting under the dryer. The fumes were choking me up the bleach was so strong, and she couldnt tend to me because her children and the walk-ins needed to be tended to. I had to go to another expensive salon the very next morning to fix this damaged, clownish looking hair. my hair was very white and very orange all over. It was very embarrassing. I paid $180 for this to be done to my hair. I have never had an experience like this ever where children were dropped off at a hair salon and having to go on a field trip to a different shop to purchase what she needed for my hair when she should have been prepared for my appt. She should not have any distractions like her kids being dropped off while doing my hair. I had to pay $100 more to get this fixed and I have before and after photos it is very shocking!!

      On February 4th 2023 I went to? Hair master's and had the stylist ******. i showed her a pic of what i wanted. She told me it was only going to take 3 hours; it lasts for 5 and half hours. The color was not what i wanted. my hair had blotches and lines thru out of hair. she said to come back and she will redue my hair.. i again showed her i wanted just like the pic. she then informed me it was only a 45 mins job.. Before she started on me she cut a woman's hair.. then stated on mine after she had a cig and drank her coffee. she then put brown hair color in my hair and started cutting a mans hair.. so i had product in my hair for about a hour.. it wasnt a 45 min job .. i got out of there at 520pm my appt for both days started at 12pm. the end result was still not looking like the picture, instead it had more blonde than *****.. i then contacted a district manager, ********* and she was sooo rude to me.. Telling me i dont know what i wanted, she wasn't refunding my money, and she would have the her manager call me and never did she was very very disrespectful to me and it was so uncalled for.. she told me to never text her again.. i then waited a few days and i got no call back. i reached out to another manger and **** called me cussing at me and telling me ill give you full refund just to shut you up.. and she was cussing at me.. again sooo disrespectful. i go to the clinic and she only refunded me 170 when i was charged 200. she said your lucky you got this.. you have product in your hair that last for 30 days .. she was rude to my friend too. putting her hand in her face.. and telling her to stay out of this...
