My HVAC did not work from 05/23/2024. I gave them a call at that time. An agent pick up the phone, and she used 15 mins to figure out which location I was at. And then she told me I got the wrong number which is the exact number on my rowcal portal. Then she gave a number which was no one pick up. Second day morning (05/24/2024) I gave another call (the same number as before), another agent picked up the phone and told me she would contact the property manger, and got back to me soon. And nothing happens. In the second day afternoon, I made another phone call. Another agent picked up the phone and told me that the only thing he could do is create a ticket. And I asked him when I could get update? He told me that he did not know. And I asked him who response for this? He told me that he is responsible. And I asked how many tickets ahead me? He told me that he did not know. And I asked is there a est time for fix? He told again "I don't know"RowCal Management MN LLC Response

I live/ rent in a non HOA. And Rowcal sents repeated letters telling us we are in violation of article 2 section 1. Lorson Ranch neighborhood is not an HOA. And Rowcal needs to stop harassing the neighborhoodRowCal Management MN LLC Response

They recently acquired our property management co. and have failed me at every interaction. Example. We had a dangerous situation occur, the emergency number was called, it was placed on hold for a full ten minutes then went to VM. The call was returned one week later. The message left acknowledged a week had lapsed. They have the culture where everyone acts like the "customer is the enemy, do as little as possible for them!"RowCal Management MN LLC Response

Absolutely worthless! I've been trying to pay my HOA fees in my account, but it won't let me. I get a message telling me to contact the office.I've left messages and emailed several times. I just get an automated email response telling me to check the FAQ page. It's maddening!! I'm going to the next meeting and will be pushing for a new management company. 6 calls to emergency management number and kept on hold each time and when someone did respond they hung up in the middle of the call. Incredibly frustrating. I am recommending at our HOA meeting that we pursue another Management company.RowCal Management MN LLC Response

The customer service here is absolutely useless. I have reached out to them almost 10 times and have yet to speak with anyone. I did however receive 1 response to an email, but I responded and havent heard back.RowCal Management MN LLC Response

RowCal has taken over 4 months for a neighbor's unit which an internal sprinkler head broke. I had the same issue, and it's going on 3 months for me. I can't live in my whole lower level. They rarely answer the phone and if they do, they say the board is handling it. You can't contact anyone on the board. They don't respond,. I really feel bad for my neighbor who has waited longer than I. All the company would have to do is either say they will file an insurance claim or not. This took way too long! Hopefully I don't have to wait as long as my neighbor. There's more too.... I've heard that if they file a claim everyone would have to pay more....there's no money...etc. Not happy with RowCal at all.RowCal Management MN LLC Response

As with many others, our *** had a terrible experience with Rowcal. We are a development of just over 70 privately owned, single family homes in **. Since I joined the Board of the *** a year ago, Rowcal was a disaster. Multiple communications and concerns to Rowcal from the Board were ignored. Getting access to our own financials was next to impossible.I could lengthen this litany; but, suffice to say we're now with a different management firm and very glad that Rowcal is in the rear view mirror.
