I took my 2017 Polaris Ranger in for warranty work on the engine. After 40 days in their shop I discovered they diagnosed the problem but were refusing to install a faulty engine sensor. The part was easily available from other dealerships & also on Amazon. I was forced to purchase the part (covered under warranty) myself to get my Ranger back out of their shop. I am asking $80 back for having to be forced to buying the part myself. PS: This complaint involves the dealership in **********, **. It is defaulting to the dealership in *******. ** for some reason and won't allow me to correct the location.Business response

Spoke to customer **** about the issues that arose with his machine. I apologized for his inconvenience and I told him I would be mailing out a check to him for $80.50 tomorrow 3/22/22. The amount of the part that he had bought for us to fix his machine.Customer response
