Best price and very quick installation. Quality work. Only area of improvement would be proactive communication instead of (very quick and responsive) reactive communication. They did the job in two sessions and I didnt know that was the plan and had to text to clarify when the job was getting finished. Overall happy with our decision to use them.Review from Mukesh M

Got our gutters installed by RS Seamless. Was hesitant due to other reviews but work was on time and best deal as we shopped around a few different options. Everything seems to be good quality and didnt find any issues with our installation.Review from Sobhan K.

I signed a contract with RS seamless gutters 3 weeks ago but unfortunately I was not able to move forward due to the **** issues, ***** was kind enough to understand my situation and challenges and helped to waive the contract. I have been following the installation when they came and started and I would say that they did a great job especially my house is very high and steep on the backside and I saw first hand the effort the guys had to put in to do the install and also I checked the gutters they are installing and they are good as well, I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Worst customer service I have EVER had. No follow up, no updates. I was the one calling all the time. Excuse after excuse! Singed contract Nov. 2019 job was completed June 24th 2021. No discount for an untimely job and would not refund my deposit. Had to let this untrustworthy person/company complete the job.Review from Donald

The installer did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters before he perfectly installed the covers. The project was done in the time period promised and for the lowest price of four bidders.Review from Todd C

I received a quote from this company in June of 2020 and they asked for a 50%( $800) down payment and quoted 8 weeks to install. 52 weeks later and after numerous emails and phone calls asking for an installation date and then after no response, asking for my down payment back, I have given up.Review from Steph

I signed a contract to have my gutters done in the summer of 2020. At that time I gave a 50% deposit. And was told the gutters would be done by October. In November I had still not heard anything from the company. After I reached out several times I finally got a response, and was told that the gutters would be done by the end of December, they were running a little behind due to cover. In January my gutters were still not done, and I had to reach out to the company again. I was told at that time that it would not be until spring. In March, I had to reach out again, since I had still not heard back. The owner refused to give me an accurate time frame for when the gutters would be done, at that point I asked for my money back. The gutters were done in 2 weeks, however I was NEVER contacted to set up a day to have this done. I literally looked out my bedroom window one day to see a man on a ladder, installing the gutters! The gutters were installed, and I paid my remaining balance without having a chance to double check the work (which was poor judgement on my end--running around trying to take care of my three children as a single mother, I was pretty overwhelmed). A week later I realized that I was missing a piece of my gutter down spout. I contacted the owner about this. I had to reach out by phone 3 times before I heard anything back. He asked that I text him a picture and my information. He stated he would get back to me within the week. After several weeks and 4 texts that I sent him inquiring about my unfinished project. I had still not heard back from him. It was not until I send him my final text stating that I would be contacting BBB, that I IMMEDIATELY heard back from him stating that he would take care of the situation. I can not stress enough how unprofessional this company is. I would not, under any circumstance, recommend having them complete a job on your home.Review from Melanie K

Is a 0 star rating possible? Literally BAFFLED by the 5 star reviews. We signed a contract with an 8-12 week completion date in mind, Aug 20, 2020. COVID was already well known and if they believed this would affect supply-chain, should have adjusted their completion estimates. Estimated dates came and went without anything but excuse after excuse. Called him in November to ask when it would be done because we were told by Thanksgiving at the latest. Navin promised before Christmas. When we hadn't seen/heard anything by after New Years, we called again. It was only then that we were informed they shut down most of November and December because of COVID. If we are going off of his original estimate the work should have been completed before he shut his company down *WITHOUT TELLING HIS EXISTING CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE DELAY.* Then February came and went without any progress. March arrived, still minimal communication. We are looking at 8 MONTHS since we forked over our down payment. Unacceptable. Originally, we were understanding but the longer it took the more angry we got since his response to our inquiries never changed. "It'll be two more weeks." So, after feeling like we would never see completion on our gutters I had to threaten taking him to small claims court before we got our gutters. Navin tried to guilt me into feeling badly by saying he was in the hospital with COVID. I didn't want to pay the full price since we are almost 9 months out from when we signed initially. But the installer demands payment without any chance to inspect work, make sure supplies have been properly cleaned up, etc. The whole process was high stress, there isn't a direct way to contact Navin, you are forced to play phone tag. Please, save yourself the stress and go with a different business even if they are more expensive.
