We had Augie's drain cleaning out for the fist time today to clear our kitchen drain. They were awesome and were able to address the issue. I was offered two options and given the information about each one. The two technicians, Jake and Laurence, were knowledgeable and friendly and respectful of our home. They will now be my "go to" plumbing company in the future and I would highly recommend them if you have plumbing or drain issues. After moving to Minnesota four years, this was our first need for a plumber and were were not disappointed with this company.Augie's Drain Cleaning Response

I have always gotten great service from TJK Plumbing - they are my go-to, and I recommend them to friends! March 11 David came out and did an awesome job getting rid of my old leaky faucet and installing a new. Later, when I realized the hot water wasn’t on, I called in and John walked me through getting that turned on again. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and I get prompt and excellent service. our kitchen sinker was blocked after Thanksgiving cooking. Originally we tried different methods ( like apply chemicals, purchase snake chain to clean, etc), but nothing worked. So through good reviews of ********* we called TJK Plumbing (Augie's DrainCleaning), and scheduled to do it in two days.Friday, the technician Connor arrived promptly around 8:15 am.He listen to our description of the situation and took a look at the distance between our Kitchen sinker and the main drain pipe of house, and started the snake cleaning(using his powerful snake tool). From time to time, we hear a big noise (meaning the snake is encounting blockage and is doing its cleaning work). After it reaches 40 feet deep or so (to the main pipe), he backed out the snake and believe the stoppage is gone. We did several different test, water flows freely.Overall, we are very happy with the work of Connor and the experience of working with the company:1. Our problem solved in 15 minutes.2. The cost is reasonable.3. We learned a few things how to clean/maintain drain system ourselves.We want to say a big thanks to Connor and company.Review from Mary P

The drain in my laundry room was backed up. Teddy and Connor arrived, got right to work and let me know that the drain was not clogged. Unfortunately, it was a mainline clog. They showed me what they found via the camera. They answered all my questions and cleared the main drain. The guys were so nice and so professional. I have used this company’s services before and was happy with that job and was happy with the job done this time also. Dependable company and workers. Would recommend.Review from Joshua B

Teddy was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. The work was completed quickly and Teddy did a fantastic job. I would recommend and use them again.
