I started a warranty claim on 5/4/21. I have had nothing but problems. At first I thought it was the warranty company holding things up but since calling almost daily since 5/4/21 it is factory direct that is doing absolutely nothing! After finally getting in contact with *** at Factory Direct she even lied to me about everything! She told me she has not gotten any information on my couch and would call me back later. I called again and she still would still not give me any info regarding my replacement parts. I know her statement was a lie because I have had several people from the warranty company and *************************** contacting her since May and none of them can get a response back from her. She has had months to call me back, months to order my part and nothing but lies. Im am so upset as I sit here with a destroyed couch and Im afraid it will never be fixed. I cant have people over and am reminded daily that Ive been waiting 5 months for Factory Direct to help me but wont.
