            Ordered some test sets / proofs of jackets through Merchology. Paid the short run fee as a potential investment into the company for long term business. Paid in full without the order being fulfilled, which was odd. Was given two separate fulfillment and ship dates by their online help. Come the date of the last expected ship, and the order has gone unfulfilled with no help online and no one answering the phones. No communication from Merchology on delays, supplier delays, etc. It appears this company expects everyone to just pay and be at their mercy.

            Working with Merchology has been just what the doctor ordered. We were looking to get branded apparel for our team. We first tried to use references from someone in the office. After losing 1300.00 dollars and not getting anything. We decided to take this process a little more serious. This is where we should of came in the first place. Everyone can place their own orders and follow up with it themselves.
