I had my care detailed at the Excelsior branch of Youngsteds. Upon picking it up I went to replace the floor mats. The front drivers side was missing. I went to talk with them and no one spoke English The worker then found someone who could speak English and she found the person who worked on my car. She told me they said there wasn’t a floor mat on the drivers side. I have no way to prove there was one but I asked to speak with their manage. She said he wasn’t there. She took my name and phone number so he could call. No call ever came through. I tried again to contact them and was given the same run around. They made no effort to resolve the situation. The detailing cost $250. I didn’t even think they did that good of a job on the detailing. Lesson learned for me and hopefully for you too. Needless to say I will not be returning there for detailing. I knew the owner’s wife Barb. She would be mortified and embarrassed at the way I was treated.

We looked into this review/detail service. The detail service took place on June 1st. Our cash wash manager reached out a day or two later and the customer did not answer. We checked and there was not mat on the driver's side when the vehicle arrived. After seeing this review today, our car wash manager reached out again and apologized and let the customer know that there was no mat on the front driver's side. The customer said her windows were dirty after the detail. We offered a fee vacuum and window service.
