They cheated. I ordered 2 dozen wood pecker treats. I paid $32.77 The retail is under $2.00 a piece. They sent 2 treats. I will call my credit card and dispute. I refuse to pay this cheating. Order # 123233Review from Ashley T

I have never shipped here nor have I ever even heard of the place until my name, email address, and phone number were used with a false address to place orders. They wouldn’t even tell me the last 4 digits of the card used so that I could see if my accounts had been compromised. I was told they could for security purpose. But it was my account!!! They should no urgency in trying to stop the order from processing or did they take it seriously that someone was using their business to conduct fraudulent acts. The order processed and shipped and they still just shrugged their shoulders and said it was out of their control. No one should ever do business with this company.Sim Supply, Inc. Response

I ordered two 100 foot garden hoses and received ones that had splits in the hose exposing the core. I had 30 days to return them, and called and left messages many times. I also emailed them many times. Yet, there was no one to speak to, only to leave a message, again and again, and never received a call back. I have not other way to reach them. These people are crooks. I ordered bird suet and thought I was getting an 8 pack for $13.50. What I received was one package. I usually buy the same suet locally for $1.58 a package. Yes, I should have done my homework. Don't buy from this place. There was no offer to refund and I wrote to them twice. I have never had such a bad experience from an online vendor.Review from James S

bought off their walmart.com site, Chicago Latrobe Cobalt Steel Jobber Drill Bit Wire Size #25 (12-pk) part # 44995 I paid for 12, you sent me 1, either refund my money NOW, or prove you are going to send the missing 11, if neither, it is being sent back on your dime, also I did not buy from ZORO, I bought off you, I do not deal with ZORO because of past games they play like this. (They come in a small plastic container holding all 12, I can also not confirm this are indeed Chicago Latrobe bits, if not refunding my money now, I need to see the plastic case it comes in holding all 12 to prove these are not bogus, again ZORO games they play.Sim Supply, Inc. I put an order for a lime green sand chair in and didn’t notice that their small print said that the chair could be blue or green. They didn’t give an option for color, just showed the lime green chair in the photo for that item. To make matters worse, they made me pay for shipping back to them and took their time crediting my account even though they had a record of its delivery back to their location. We apologize for the issue. Some of our products do come in multiple colors, and we do our best to inform customers that they might receive a different color. I was searching online to purchase this specific product: 3M Cleaner/Degreaser Wipes 30 count, until I landed on WALMART.COM website. SIM SUPPLY, INC was the seller in which offered a misleading advertisement "(Price/CASE) 3M Cleaner/Degreaser Wipes 30 Count - 6 Per Case $25.60 each". So, I went ahead on purchasing a total of 4 (Cases). Upon the delivery, I only received 1 box containing 4 packs of 30 sheets each. I was highly upset of being fooled and at the same time ripped off! I was under the impression that I was purchasing 4 cases containing a total of 6 packs each for a total of 24 packs! Why would I pay $25.60 for 1 pack of 3M wipes when I can buy the same identical 1 pack for $8.89 The good thing is that I am able to return for free 3 out of the 4 packs. I am upset that I need to use the opened one and that I paid $25.60 for it. This company is ripping off customers by selling their prices at sky high rates maybe by 300% Stay away from doing business with these crooks!Review from Ashley M

I ordered a ladder through ****** over a month ago. Sim supply is the third party seller and from which the ladder is shipped.. No tracking number was provided and I was told to wait out until the final date for delivery (6 weeks) Now I'm struggling with ****** to get a refund as Sim is a third party seller. ****** has reached out to the company and still no response. I placed an order on Thursday August 11. Immediately I received tracking information and I’m pleased to say that my order was delivered on Saturday morning August 13. This is outstanding service and I will definitely order from Sim Supply in the future. Kathy W in NJ
