I brought my car in for a brake repair following a multi point inspection done on it at the vehicles dealership (make of my vehicle is an Infiniti and I brought it to the Infiniti dealership) following my AC no longer working and them also finding that it was also in need of new rotors and brake pads. I found this business on Groupon where they had advertised a special for installation of new rotors and brake pads on one axle for a good deal.Following the brake repair; the shop then stated they would do the labor to fix my AC problem that was diagnosed by the dealership via a multi point inspection and stated that what needed to be replaced was my cooling fan and my AC compressor - a diagnostic report I provided to the auto repair shop as already stated. Please note that the dealerships findings found nothing significant wrong with the vehicle.I rented a loaner vehicle for the weekend from them beginning Friday to give them time to install the parts needed to repair my ac - a ac compressor and cooling fan. They called me Tuesday and informed me my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, to my surprise, The mechanic told me that I could not turn my vehicle off because it would lose power if I did and I needed to replace the battery. Oddly enough that was not an issue that was reported in the diagnostics report done by the dealership, No the last the battery was old, so I followed the mechanics instructions and went purchased a brand-new battery for it a mile down the road at the AutoZone. I was inside for maybe *************************************************************************************** my engine was overheating with smoke everywhere. I turned off my vehicle opened the hood and there was coolant all over My engine. The business has now had my car for over 7 days with no eta on completion to repair. I had to cancel all my Turo bookings because I rent my car out on Turo so Ive also lost a lot of money due you this.
