In November our grocery store advertised a wine estates offer promotion where if you purchased a certain amount/specific kind of wine and groceries, you would receive a $75 rebate. I later discovered the promotion was through a third party, Arrowhead. I fulfilled the terms of the promotion and submitted my claim for the rebate on November 20, 2023. I first emailed and inquired about the status of my rebate on Dec 2, 2023. I received a response that my submission was still in the initial processing stages, and advising me that it could take up to 8 weeks from submission to receive my rebate. I emailed a second time on January 31, **** and inquired about my rebate since it had been 10 weeks since my submission with no additional communication from Arrowhead. I received a response that my submission was processed, but that my rebate had still not been sent. I was told Please allow a bit more time for your reward email to come through with no timeframe for when the rebate will be sent. I have waited longer than the time frame listed in both the promotions fine print or in the email response from Arrowhead, with no resolution. I want to receive my $75 rebate from Arrowhead immediately.
