We worked with All Around Remodeling to complete a lower level bathroom and laundry. The bid was detailed and pricing was reasonable. **** had suggestions to improve the mechanical functions of the room that were very helpful. Communication regarding project timeline and progress was excellent. The crew was skilled and treated our home with respect, very clean and focused on quality end result. The project finished on time and on budget. We will definitely work with **** and All Around Remodeling again. Highly Recommend!

The crews on-site were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after each day's work. They finished on time and on budget - no changes from the original bid. We just sold our parent's home after they both passed away. The home inspection failed because there is a deck that was converted into a 3-season porch without proper footings. We contacted *********************, the owner of All Around Remodeling, who completed a large addition and 3-season porch conversion to the home. We have invoices and canceled checks for the completed work but it turns out **** took shortcuts and never completed the work correctly. He took advantage of my parents as they are not construction engineers and would not have known something was not completed correctly. There were no permits for the 3-season porch for which an inspector would have noticed the missing footings which were paid for.**** refused to correct the issue and referred us to his lawyer. We are in a time crunch and must sell the house, we are out $25K from the sale of the house because of Bill's incompetence.If you are looking to have a project completed accurately and completely, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm sorry you feel this way being you had nothing to do with this project that toke place 12 years ago. You called us out to repair some other work on the existing home that had nothing to do with the work we did and being who your parents were to us I did the work for cost to help you out. You were very pleased with the work paid us in full and even had your brother send us a bonus check for getting the work done quickly and professionally . You brought this inspection issue to our attention stating the corner of the addition had sank 2'' and that an engineer came out saying it would cost ****** to fix. I returned to look the addition over and saw no signs of the addition sinking. All siding showed no issues, windows all opened properly. I'm not sure why an engineer would say how much it would cost to fix being he's an engineer and not a contractor. Your father was responsible for the additional permit required to change the deck over to a porch but did not want to pay for additional permits. He was his own general for that portion of the job and as a neighbor I assisted him in converting it over. The existing footings are more than suitable for the project. I understand why you don't believe me on this as I previously explained it to you being this work had nothing to do with you and if your parents were with us today, they would not be allowing you to file this complaint. Again, I'm sorry for your loss of your parents they were good neighbors and treated our kids as their own grand kids.
