I can promise you there should be more 1 star reviews! The GM ***** threatened me as I have had Cornerstone mess up on every single order I have made through them, and when I say I am going to tell people what I think of the company he manages the GM ***** goes absolutely off the chain threatening my well being. Keep in mind he's losing his mind as he is refusing to release to me a piece of safety equipment that is ALREADY PAID FOR. A piece of equipment that's only purpose is to save lives!! Obviously no belief in the sanctity of life at this dealership!! Fast forward and I now have 5 grown men storm outside at me on a public street, yelling and screaming absolute ignorant trash like I can't even speak as I'm on the side of a public street. Obviously freedom of speech isn't believed in at the Cornerstone of shifting sands either!! I try to diffuse the situation by asking them to stop speaking to me as I walk away. Well now I have 5 grown men pursuing me down a public street yelling and screaming, threatening my well being as they try their best to draw me into a fight with 5 vs 1 as 2 are in my face yelling with ******* constantly saying smart a** comments trying to stir things up. Next time you see me outside feel free to come up, and I'll share the rest! ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY, NO KNOWLEDGE, AND HONESTY. Save your money, protect your family, and shop someplace that cares about their customers lives! Don't waste a cent over at the Cornerstone of Shifting Sands!!

Dear *****, we would prefer to respond to this review in a kind and constructive manner, but you are clearly pretending to play a victim. Your story does not even resemble the truth about our interactions or the actual situation. After 9 months of your constant harassment and threats, there is no need to waste our time on your nonsense anymore. We have simply asked you not to return to our store or threaten our employees any longer. We sincerely hope you get the help you need, somewhere else.

"Playing the victim"?? First of all if I was not harassed by multiple members of your staff. Mind you I have e-mails proving absolutely everything I've said. Let me bring 5 of my boys and come tell and scream at one of your women there, see how acceptable the narrative is then??!! You and your staff openly lie, have no knowledge of the vehicles you service, and are openly content putting my passengers at risk as you refuse to release safety equipment to me that has been paid for, for nearly 2 weeks as your own incompetent staff fumbles around giving me multiple wrong parts, including **** parts for my RAM, and decides to threaten me once they can't figure out which way is up. ******* comes out constantly saying his ***** *** sarcastic remarks instead of trying to deescalate the situation. You incompetent wretches will be seeing me again as I openly choose to exercise my freedom of speech. Do me a favor though and do not have 5 men storm out yelling and screaming at me as they threaten me in posturing alone!!! Show some integrity and try to find some values your store is named for. NO INTEGRITY, NO KNOWLEDGE, NO HONESTY. Protect your family, protect your investment, and shop some place that stands on moral ground!! I hope you find the staff you need to do honest work!!
