hi i am just wanting to file a complaint on the Bank of Elk River because they are claming that they took my bounce protection away from me when i was in the negative on my bank account for wile pass the time that i was supposed to be at. But the thing is i have an app on my phone and it does not say i was in the negatives on the times that my bank is saying. Also i would like to get my money back ASAP because the i will have to bring them to court. Oh and i cant forget that it would not be very nice when i do bring them top court and it is NOT a threat it is a true promise. I will also be very upset over this because this is my first bank that i have ever been with. i am not normally a person that does this to anybody it is just getting out of hands with this this bank and i was hoping that i could have them shut down and do any further things that need to be in this situation. This is not a game to be playing with me. I promise that i will win this case. like i said before i am not the type of person to do this.Business response

***************** became overdrawn initially on 12/12/22. She had Bounce Protection at that time which allowed us to pay her overdrafts rather than returning them up to her Bounce limit. Bounce Protection is a special service to cover the occasional and accidental overdraft. If the account is not brought to a positive balance within 30 days, Bounce Protection is suspended. I have verified that multiple notices were provided to her regarding the status of her account. She remained overdrawn for over 60 days. Because of her consistent overdrawn account, Bounce Protection was removed. I have verified that multiple notices were provided to her regarding the status of her account.
We would be more than happy to discuss the checking account with her and encourage her to contact us.
