Engaged in conduct that violates the Fair Credit Act, Fair Housing, and an array of laws. As a person that attend law school I am astonished at the questions they asked me, in which most are prohibited. The person did not have a proper education in English and continued to manipulate me into saying something negative about the person being screened while there wasn't anything negative to report.Review from Timothy G

BUYER BEWARE! I went against my better judgement and ignored the terrible reviews of this company and ordered the rental history report. Not only was it missing key rental history and background information, the final product is not downloadable nor able to be sent to prospective landlords. The only option is to share a link that requires your personal login information for them to access. I emailed them twice about it and was completely ignored. Complete waste of money. Do not fall for this scam site!Review from Mrs. A

This agency called, did not identify themselves, asked a bunch of personal questions about someone who I didn't know. The caller was incredibly rude. I will be filing a complaint with the MN attorney general's office and the BBB. With how scams are today, this is no way to run a business, very unprofessional.Review from James B

information on this portal is fraudulent and inconvenient to the landlord and the tenant, period! They state you will have a response with in 24/74 hours, it has been forever since 5.04.2021 where the first email was received, the site is not user friendly, because it will only allow you to see a limited information. I called to correct a mistake from my part, was told only the person requesting it would be able to remove the other person of interest. However, she was not even able to access that. We were waiting for days, to only get told, application is incomplete. Went back to complete, for only to see it was the pet screen that did not populate in the first attempt. Then, here we are 5.12.2021 and still no response. I know for a fact that my previous landlord, just received a call yesterday, and that is way past the turn around time explained. Do they not understand with COVID and all the unfortunates we have faced, they are by far the most efficient portal and company to verify and trust. I WANT MY 50.00 PER APPLICANT MONEY BACK!!

While we strive to provide a completed process in 72 hours, this is not guaranteed to our clients; as obtaining reference information is a factor that is not entirely in our control.
