On Dec 26th 2022 the pipe from the upper unit froze and broke in turn flooded and damaged my entire kitchen, hallway and dinning room ate. I filed a claim with my insurance company and also with the *** insurance company. My insurance company paid me ******** and the *** insurance insurance company paid the *** for my damages however I have not received any funds from the *** insurance settlement for my claim.As well as being assessed a ****** dectable foe the damaged that was not fault to being with.Initial Complaint

Im a member of this association. Ive contacted them at least 10 times about a dead treeasking that they confirm its theirs and have it removed. Received two replies which did not respond to my concern.Business response

Complaint # 16977110 Tree Removal
The Task on this was closed last month. It is her tree and on her lot. This was communicated to her with a link to Hennepin County Property Map to illustrate the lot line.

It took them 8 months to reply to a request for information. That is unacceptable.
