      I had a great experience working with Mike ****** from Renters warehouse. All of the expenses and dates were settled at the first viewing of the house. Prices didn’t change and no extra fees. Renting made easy. Thanks Mike and Renters Warehouse ??

      Used renters warehouse 5 times all good but last time. I spoke to someone about last time and have been waiting to hear back from that person but has not got back to me yet, so I called again and spoke to Drew he assured me he would get a hold of the person I spoke with and have them contact me in regards to this complaint. Drew was very polite and easy to work with lets just hope that the supervisor I spoke with can now find the time to get back to me now!

      I’ve had the pleasure of working with Renters Warehouse since the spring of 2023. Dan ***** was my advisor and helped me every step of the way and made renting my house quite easy. We had a total of two series of tenants. As you can imagine I had constant questions ranging from how do I access the portal to what to expect when you have tenants move out and new ones moving in. Great communication.
      He made me feel at ease when we were looking for tenants and we never had to wait too long, I think the total time from posting the house for rent and to approving the tenants was about 14 days- maybe less.
      Dan was extremely helpful when it came to following up with me and making sure I understood what the next steps were.
      10/10 I would do this again if the opportunity presents itself, and I would definitely ask for Dan.
