Their crew does not follow basic safety guidelines despite being warned on numerous occasions and a visit by OSHA. Vey sloppy work. It does not appear the crew is being supervised. Crew does not clean the site leaving sharp objects, nails and staples on lawns and in roadways. Would not recommend.

********************, We appreciate that the Better Business Bureau provides a platform for customers to share project experiences. As you probably know, our contract for the work we are performing is directly with the *** Board and we have been working closely directly with them to field any and all project questions/concerns. I have spoken with board representatives as recently as this morning (11/8/21) and the member indicated that our team has been responsive to project questions and has successfully addressed them. He characterized our working relationship with Sherwood Court as "very good." Our project lead ***** has been onsite on numerous occasions and I believe has even made himself available to homeowners to share any concerns directly, and the homeowner(s) refused to engage in dialogue. To date, we've not received any official correspondence from OSHA directly and the information we've received has been hearsay with no specific details regarding the nature of any alleged safety violations. We certainly encourage all of our customers to share their experience - both with us directly and with the online community. would like to address some of the misstatements contained in your email.It was your crew member who fell from the roof on November 3, 2021. He was taken to hospital where he remained overnight. Your crew is required to report this accident to OSHA within 24 hours. You could have easily called OSHA or your crew to verify. We reported additional safety violations on November 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 whereby your crew was working without safety harnesses. While at the site on Nov 5 OSHA observed safety violations and opened a file. As recently as yesterday (Nov 8, 2021) we noted two crew members, one without safety gear, on a single ladder after sunset without adequate lighting. If you are committed to safety why has your crew violated basis safety requirements for six consecutive days. Second, we do not believe the quality of your work reflects industry standards Caulk joints are sloppy, the reveal on the new siding boards does not match reveals on existing siding. New siding boards are not straight and level. This is not surprising as some of the work was done after sunset without proper lighting. We have been reporting this to FirstService on a daily basis.Tarps or containers are not being used to contain construction debris. Siding boards with nails are being left on the ground. We are finding nails, staples and razor blades on lawns and in the streets. Your treatment of trash and construction debris presents an unwarranted safety risk to residents and their pets.
