      I just paid my last payment to them and was told on the phone because I was one day late on my last payment I still owe them $12.00 I'm not paying them they can take me to court!!!!¡

      I made an online purchase on 02/23/2023. 2 out of 3 items were received. I never received DHP Vanya Metal Daybed. I’ve been playing phone tag between Pilot Freight Services and Fingerhut to get me a new daybed. I was given a measly credit that I didn’t agree to. That doesn’t do anything for me. I’m still continually paying an item I didn’t receive. I demand a replacement be sent out IMMEDIATELY.

      I made an online purchase from Blair. Received an email with the order confirmation. When I received the package it was not the item I ordered. I called customer service and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I finally got a representative who pulled up my order and then I was disconnected. Never got a call back. Called again and was on hold for another 20 minutes. The representative I spoke to the second time could barely speak english. She told me to send back the wrong item with the label on the packing slip. I told her there was no packing slip. I ordered a 3 piece pant set 2XL and what I received was a size L henley top. She said she could re-order the original item for me and send it expedited but I told her it would not get here in time for my trip. I asked her to overnight it. She said she could not do that because they did not do overnight delivery. The original package was delivered by FedEx! I told her I wanted my refund processed immediately and in my account the next business day. She said it would take 3 to 5 business days and if it wasn't there I should contact my bank. I told her I wanted confirmation that the refund was processed. She said she could not give that to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting and someone would call me back. Never happened. I have sent emails and comments on the websites and keep getting these canned form emails that do not even properly address what happened. They say a refund has processed and to give it 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on my card! I respond to every email and get nothing but the same canned form email back. Their customer service is horrible. It was their mistake! Now I have no outfit and no money to buy one because they take so long to refund. Never again doing business with them. Would suggest that you not bother with this company.

      Why didn't someone tell me this isn't my Grandmother's Fingerhut? Purchased a Garmin watch. Logged into account just fine. No amount was due as I had not received watch yet. This was in October. Watch arrived late October/Early November. I logged in and balance was zero. Attempted to log in a week later and had to have a code sent to my phone number. It was my old number. I contacted fingerhut to change phone number. Recieved a late bill. Contacted them again to change number. Received late notice again. Back and forth via email to have customer service assist me by changing phone number. Recieved an email that they would call me. No call. I guarantee they called my old number. I provided new number in previous emails. Next thing I know, late payment on my credit report. I send an email explaining what's going on. Another promise to call. Saw this morning that on my credit report they said I went over my limit. Never happened. So, I called today, explained what's happening. I owe late fees even though I contacted them multiple times to fix the issue. And I can't return item or close account. Literally got sucked into a trap. Customer service us bad. Could have helped me the first time. I feel like it was done on purpose just to charge me late fees. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from Fingerhut.

      Never will I use Fingerhut again. Apparently they have been charging customers 150.71 on their statements since 2021 for some kinda Safeline Plus insurance that Noone ever purchased. I caught it on my statement today and told them to cancel because I didn't sign up for it. But they said I had to go ahead and pay for it before they could reimburse me

      If I can give it zero stars I would. This place is a total scam. Stay farrr far away from this place. They reported false claims on my credit report over and over again. Reported closed account and reported over limit over and over again. They claim the site will improve your credit but they do the exact opposite.

      I had to enter 1 star or the review would not post although Blair has not earned any stars. Terribly disappointed with their customer service. I recently purchased two fleece pant sets labeled as Petite XXL. I received my order to find that both sets were extremely oversized. Both outfits were in no way the petite size as ordered. I was able to fit both my legs inside of one pant leg. I contacted customer service only to receive a reply that my order could not be returned. They did not even offer to exchange to remedy the problem. Very deceptive sales practice; label something final sale because of its defect in sizing and then you're stuck with a product that is not what you ordered. Blair obviously wants the sale and not the customer, so they have lost a customer for good. I will delete all sales promotions and ask that they no longer mail a catalog. They do not stand behind customer service at all. I wish I had read customer review beforehand.

      Fingerhut is horrible, please reframe from doing business with this company. They are getting over on people and reporting it to your credit. I've been calling and trying to take care of this for 2 months now. Every time I call and speak to a supervisor, I get a different answer. No one is able to give me a final amount to be paid. I have been trying to pay my balance, but somehow my account is reflecting a different balance. This balance has also been reported to all 3 credit bureaus. I'm disputing this as we speak, and this company needs to stop their unethical practices.

      Are you kidding me!?!!! This is mental abuse!! They messed with my credit multiple times and now went in and changed December January 2023/2024 and now December of 2022 when I didn’t even have the card to 30 days late !?!!!!! I have a 0 balance!!!! And once again I have to sit down and write and waste hours of my day sending a letter to them and to the credit companies. They said they dont have a department to call. It has to be a hand written letter. FINGERHUt verified over the phone that im not late and that I have a 0 balance!!!! But that I have to send a hand written letter! I’m supposed to be buying my house!!
