Negligent "bait&ditch" predatory customer service. My $9.99 shipping label was revoked by agent "****" (order number mag-xyz6058). I am working on the assumption that mag is code/initials for ****, who assisted my trade-in order. It cost ~$80 to ship the clubs. My paycheck is ~$53. A ~$27 out of pocket ******* in cahoots with predatory FedEx agent (transaction stuvwxyz2761). This is racketeering at its most sinister.I am a starter at a golf course. I am face2face with up to ******* golfers every day. I am very capable of trolling 2ndSwing for the rest of my life. What a coven of trumpf trash.Customer Response

After negotiation with 2nd Swing we have reached an agreement. I have received a check for the club(s) evaluation. They will also reimburse me for the ***** expense. Be VERY careful how you build your cart for sale/trade. Denying privacy invading permission(s) may un-stabilize their web (I do not use apps for purchases) software, or the browser ********** bing/edge is the worst) utilized. There is a lineup of club manufacturers scheduling demo days on the driving range. It is good to recommend a trade option for golfers on the fence toward buying new sticks. BUYER BEWARE. DONT DO IT. Ordered a club through ebay and received it in two pieces. I called Second Swing and they indicated that they would send a new shaft and we agreed to return the broken one. We returned the broken shaft but have not received a new one. I called a second time today and they gentleman I spoke with indicated he could not tell me when or if a shaft would be issued. He indicated I needed to speak with ebay regarding the return. I told him I have not gotten a response back from ebay and can't speak to anyone at ebay.Review from William F

Ordered a set of golf clubs and did not receive the golf clubs i ordered. When i contacted them they admitted the website was labeled wrong and that they would refund my account with store credit. They will send me a label to ship them back. Not willing to send me the correct clubs, just a refund after they receive the clubs 14 days after. Ridiculous that they have made a mistake and the customer has to take on that frustration and be the one that has to take the hit. No refund so until they work out their issues I cannot purchase another set of golf clubs. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Complaint filed.Review from M. B.

Terrible customer service, destroyed my trade in. They assumed I did not want them. They claimed they could not identify my clubs. It wasn't the stupid 36 bucks, but the lack of detail on the response and the canned support. Would of felt better to leave them for the metal picker
