Missed my wife's medical appointment twice. First time they didn't show at all. The second time they arrived an hour late; the time we were supposed to be at the Dr's. Their clean vans don't mean a thing when you miss appointments.Review from Amanda B

I had a highly disappointing experience with manager, Tina. When transportation arrived and left just as my client was ready in 5 minutes they left. She had a very important appointment that she will have to reschedule now. Tina's behavior towards our concerns is completely unacceptable. She was extremely rude, yelled at us, and even hung up the phone. There was zero communication about previous transportation concerns, making this encounter even more frustrating. I am truly disgusted with the customer service provided.Review from Lydia R

This company incredibly poor customer service. They were supposed to come to our SNF and pick up one of our residents for a medical appointment. The Manager first stated that her driver came into the building lobby looking for the resident and left when they did not see anyone waiting. When I informed them that I personally reviewed the cameras and can confirm that no one from the transport company was in the building, she changed her story and stated that the driver attempted to come in but the doors were locked. Our front doors automatically unblock at 6a. I explained that our resident had been outside waiting since before 8a and that this was unacceptable. The manager then stated, "find another vendor and don't use us anymore." She then hung up on me.Review from Mike F

Tina from MIK went above and beyond when I recently had misplaced my phone in on of their vehicles. Not only did she locate my phone, she brought it to the facility I live in the same day! Generally you don’t find people these days that provide anything close to this kind of customer service experience. However, just wanted to recognize Tina for the kindness and care she showed in this situation. Thank you!!!Review from Jim G

From beginning stages of planning to the transport itself, the level of communication, care, timeliness and professionalism went beyond industry standards. The knowledge, arriving early for pickup, kindness in handling the patient was outstanding. Frequently late, which makes me late for doctor appointments. Dispatchers are rude and snippy. Today it took them 2 and a half hours to finally pick me up. When I called the dispatcher twice, he yelled at me because their other two large vans needed repairs. This left only one large van to serve handicapped patients for the entire Twin Cities area. Somehow it was my fault and rest assured he did not apologize for anything. Will never ride with them again.Review from Jade D

1 Star. Would give 0 stars if possible. Consistently late, and very often at the wrong address. Operators are unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. Would not recommend under any circumstances.Review from Rose S

Horrible company. Star far away from them. I used them to transport my 86 year old wheelchair bound mother to a medical appointment today and it was a horrible experience. When I called them to pick my mother up after the appointment was done, it took 2 hours for them to finally show up. I called after waiting one hour and was met with a rude nasty woman who said they had no one in the area and to call back in a half hour and maybe she could tell me if and when they would come. This company needs to be shut down.Review from becky c

Wouldn't recommend this company for transport services. Waited about 1 1/2 hours for a return ride. Called the company three times for updates and the person I spoke with was very rude.Review from Sandra P

NEVER use this company if you care about your loved ones. Driver brought a severely handicapped patient to our office to see the Dr. I asked him who she was and he just handed me the envelope from the care facility and said "she was some kind of mental case". She was handicapped but not a mental case as he so rudely stated. Then it took two phone calls to get her picked up again. The dispatcher was just as rude and could care less if a driver showed up or not. At least that's how he made us feel.
