              BBB unable to locate business
              Due to a storm a large tree fell in our yard. We had been put on a waiting list to have it removed. On October 5th 2021 Corey (from tree solutions inc) knocked on our door and offered their services. He said they would cut the tree down right away, have the debris hauled away either that night or the next day, and grind the stump for $1250. On October 5th they cut the tree down and stacked It all at the end of our yard and we paid him $1000 dollars cash. Days passed and the debris still hadn’t been picked. My wife Traci and I another contacted him by phone asking when it would be picked up. He said it should have been done and he would call back with details. He then stopped by the house and told my wife that they were working on finding someone to pick it up. It has now been weeks and he is no longer answering our phone calls and it appears the job we payed for is not going to be completed. We would like a $500 dollar refund to cover the cost of having the debris removed from our property.
