The communication from *** and his assistant is horrible. I sent many texts which went unanswered. This after he came out to inspect my hot tub, collected $115, and said I needed a new part. They could not find the same panel that needed replacement, so planned to get a newer model. I asked multiple times for the cost of this panel. After numerous texts to get this info, he provided it. Then, when trying to get an install date, I heard nothing. I decided to move on to someone who thinks communication is important.Not sure how someone like this stays in business.

I would have to say the communication of *** is horrible, any one that relies as texting as a part of communication. We provided a quote for repair on 10/31/22 and he responds two weeks later by a text that said "well the leak isn't that bad" never once has he requested repair after the repair quote was given. *** was on the fence on repairing an older leaking tub, his indecision shows in no verbal response for two weeks. Decisions for repairing a Hot Tub falls squarely on the consumer we can only trouble shoot the problem and offer options for repair, none that *** ever agreed too.

*** with spa squad agreed to assist me with spa leaking warranty work as vendor I purchased through was out of business. As it took a while for the spa manufacturer to get proper payment prior to work being done, the parts were sent to him and the check for total of fixing tub and for assessing situation was eventually sent to him. His assistant ****** had made a mistake initially in getting invoice to the vendor thus holding up original check being sent. Instead of waiting for the check to be received and working with us, as he agreed he instead left the hot tub parts at my front door and ignored my emails/calls. He did get the check from the vendor and advised them he will be retuning the check. When a company agrees to do something for a customer, knowing initially it could take a while due to working wit manufacture, the they should follow through with what they say. Even though it took a while for the payment, they could have rescheduled me for when the check was received rather then insisting I pay and work on reimbursement after the fact, even though the check to them was already in transit. Terrible customer service, ****** should be more organized and maybe the check wouldn't have been delayed.

We tried to assist this customer with her tub issues since august 20th, we even tried to the repair for her and she declined the repair stating she wasn't going to pay for it. We have exchanged many emails and phone calls with this customer and as of Nov 2nd she sent a email if we would reconsider working on her Hot Tub. The repair in question needed to be done with warm temps and this is an issue that needs to be addressed with the warranty holder. We have exhausted every attempt to help this customer, and this has been addressed with the manufacturer of her Hot tub. We wish her the Best.
