      My pillow said they shipped my order I guess to keep me off them. Find out this morning still not shipped then when I hit the tracking they gave me it says PAGE NOT FOUND! This company has the worst customer service and shipping ever. They don't mind taking your money but to get them to ship your order is a whole nother story. I just want what I ordered to ship already this company is insane. No wonder why MY Pillow Company is doing so bad. I think **** ****** should be reading all these reviews for himself and go correct what we're complaining about.

      They are real quick to take your money but takes forever er to ship. I ordered on the 4th and it's the 18th still not shipped. They also blocked all my emails for complaining about this. ******** customer service. I will never order a ********************** ever again. No wonder why this company is starting to go under. I just want my order to be shipped and I will never order again from this company. They are disrespectful to block all my emails so now I cannot find out when my order will ever ship.

      I agree that the **** ******* who is very outward about owning this company, but as I have learned this company must be a ********** , as they take sales calls and take your money out of your account that day, only to find out three weeks later your order for one pillow has not shipped out yet. ** Taking money from one person to Pay another fit this company's profile !!!I ordered on February 17 2025 and today is March 12 and still no pillow has arrived.****** ***** must have been fooled like the rest of us, I assume these two would not be speaking if Mr. ***** was aware of the business practices of this person.

      My Pillow has and is running ads on ********* Their newer ad offers discounts (several different codes, i.e., Fox9, Fox10, etc.). On the same screen is the added offer for free shipping for any order over $75.00,I placed an order for four (4) classic Queen sized pillows. It totaled $75.52. At checkout I was given only two (2) options for shipping: both with fees.I contacted the web site "help"; unfortunately, they were not authorized to render a decision. I able to contact the owner after numerous attempts by accessing the web site, by the phone and by numerous emails. I was assured that I would receive a reply. I have not received any reply, and upon checking, the complaint ticket has been closed out with out resolution of this issue.The ad is misleading, as is the web site. Although it is not stated, shipping is not free to certain areas. When openly offered free shipping with the only requisite being that the order be for $75.00 or more, to charge a fee is above the pale. My Pillow placed a misleading ad on TV and on the Internet. Most would find this offensive, disingenuous and misleading. On top of this misinformation on, and misleading of, shipping free/fees, for the $39.+ shipping fee, we were guaranteed 2 - 5 "work" days shipping. Such was not the case. We received our order late on the 6th work day. I ordered on October 12th, 2024, which was a Saturday. We received the order October 21st, 2024, late in the afternoon, early evening. Six work days later. This order sat for the remainder of the weekend and over three work days in ********, *********. All address labeled and it went nowhere. I should not have had to pay additional funds for shipping simply because I live in ******, after being told, should I meet a certain qualification, which I did, that the shipping would be free.

      Placed an order on Dec 11th with expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive by Christmas Eve. December 22nd has rolled around with the order no where to be seen. I contacted customer service and was told the order was cancelled due to fraud and I should have received an email. There is no email and if I check my order status on the website it doesnt show as cancelled. *************.

      Every business Ive ordered from will ship within one or two days but My Pillow took 12 days to ship my order. I got my order 18 days after ordering. I called customer service and they are very rude. ******** shipping and customer service. Totally unacceptable. I will never order from My Pillow again.

      It takes a few eeks to get them but they are well worth the wait. My entire family, all 7 of us, love them. It is hard to find a good pillow and this is it for me.

      Bought a body pillow and am totally disappointed not full breaks in pillow everywhere l can put the filling all on one side which equals the size of about a king pillow maybe a little less. Bought several my pillows in past however this is the first time the pillow was way below expectations Would send back but with the cost of shipping just not worth it. I feel Mr. ****** lost a good repeat customer

      I ordered the towels $***** for free shipping on July 31st and it stated 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I've contacted them 3 times and nothing is resolved except I'm still in the delivery range of 4 to 6 weeks. However that's not true I would've received them in September. Now it's end of October and I'm out ***** dollars (which is alot of money to me) and no towels, no answers. Not a good company.
