Legacy was great to work with for 2 siding projects. One was hail damage and the other was related to woodpeckers. Pricing was better than competition and **** was great to work with.

After experiencing hail, I contacted Legacy Construction. Sean was a great partner! He worked with the adjuster, claim agent and kept me well informed. The work was performed on time and turned out great. I highly recommend Legacy!

Legacy put on a new roof and also fixed some interior ceiling damage caused by water leakage. Sean met with us a couple of times to set things up. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. We certainly would recommend them to everyone. Ted and Lori from Burnsville.

I would recommend Legacy Construction for your home improvement project. We have used them for two projects. Most recently, they completed a reroofing of our home. Last summer they replaced our deck. With both projects, Jake and team did a very good job of communicating with us on the project. They were timely and thorough with their work. We were very happy with the outcome of both projects.

Great workers and very knowledgeable. Very good and quick response when communicating. They also did all the work with the insurance company. I would hire them again for future projects.

FANTASTIC FROM START TO FINISH. Sean, representative, was here quickly. He was thorough, not just with the job itself but with making sure we, the customer, had a full understanding of every aspect. The crew was efficient. They even corrected the roofing that had been previously done incorrectly. The contractor handled EVERYTHING. Including all aspects with the insurance adjuster, the building permit and the final inspection with the city inspector. There was paperwork we had to sign and we weren't tech savvy regarding docu-sign. Sean drove to our home and brought us the ppw. to sign. Because they did such an excellent job crossing the T's & dotting the I's we were easily able to present our insurance representative with the necessary documentation to save over $1,000 on our annual premium. The roof looks wonderful! They put the TV antenna, roof ladder & heat cable all back in place when they were done. And did a very impressive job with site clean-up. Sean was a terrific guy to work with, he made it extremely simple and easy, not to mention the level of knowledge and patience. Legacy work tirelessly with my adjuster to get us a new roof and new siding after baseball size hail storm hit our town and after many days of negotiation they were able to get us what we asked.
