      This dealership routinely shows vehicles available online which are not. This is my second complaint to bbb. This has made me think less of the bbb. In my first complaint I stated that this dealership is deceptive in their advertising. Toyota needs to get controll of this. This dealership should not be allowed to sell Toyota. I do not believe this is done on accident. It is simply deceptiv e and should be treated in a way until they choose to be a respondsible dealer.

      Avoid this dealership. I purchased a 2020 Tundra Pro from this dealership. I have had zero experience with this dealership and I went there because the Tundra Pro is a rare vehicle to find. Burnsville Toyota had one available with the necessary after market accessories on the vehicle. Sales representative Joshua ****** was respectful and understanding. I also had a positive experience with sales manger Kevin *****. I applied for a loan with Toyota financial and spoke with finance director Dominic ********. I never once imagined that a finance director would actively use aggressive sale tactics to encourage me in purchasing an extended warranty to include a "burnsville package". To keep this simple and short, I was a victim of signature by swindle. Several days later I noticed the charges from toyota financial. I called the dealership and spoke to a Mike who stated, '"You signed for it". I went in and had Dominic ******** cancel both contracts. He initial and dated the cancellation on my purchase contract and informed me he will cancel the contracts when It registers into the database. Two weeks later I called Toyota Financial and they informed me that the contracts were never cancelled. I called and left a voicemail with Dominic ******** with no return calls. I had to personally find customer relations manager Anna ********* on the Burnsville Toyota website to finally reach a respectful and compassionate employee to assist me in the matter. Anna was able to talk with Dominic ******** who admitted that he had "lost" the contract forms. A finance director had lost the forms! Dominic ******** only called me because I informed Anna that I wanted a personal apology from Dominic ********. A day later, my title arrived and I noticed that my birthdate was wrong on the title to include the purchase contract. A mistake that a finance director shouldn't had made if he wasn't so busy with trying to swindle me into signing for additional contracts. google review for more info

      I recently traded my 2022 Carola SE upgraded to a new 2022 Toyota Camry LE. I stopped in during the evening on 11-24-2021 ask to speak with finance manager about cancel a extended service contract on the Carola he ask if I had proof which I got the pay off letter from Toyota he wasn’t very helpful. So week later I spoke with the same finance manager (Mike ****) in morning didn’t want to help me out put me with (Matt ***********) which canceled warranty gave me copies and I did follow ups spoke with (Caio) and he told me sometimes these things get lost my customer complaint is when someone wants to cancel a service contract that they paid for should be able to walk in without having issues. I didn’t feel like I was being treated well but I did end up getting both refund checks which took them two months normal processing should be 4-6 weeks. Not very good customer service.
