      Terrible people! Won't send speedometer cable after 3 months. Can't supply or even give source for a routine item like a replacement air filter! Don't answer any emails to their parts ***** Had to send email to owner **** Backer at his ********* House of Representatives address. rep.****.backer(at)house.**.gov to get any kind of response. Should have bought from powersportsmax at a much lower price but believed all the krap on FGK's site. Links to ********* sites on their page, harumph!

      1) This Customer has been very rude. This is how the customer responded when we asked for a picture of the completed unit. "You're an absolute idiot!"2)We have been communicating with the customer. We have reached out to him 8 times with questions that the manufacturer has had as the warranty is provided by them. We will continue to work with the customer and the manufacturer to get this taken care of. The customer will need to be professional. The sooner they get the information the manufacturer is asking the sooner we can reach a solution.

      Absolutely I was rude in our last two email exchanges! Thats because this has been going on since December! I notified their warranty email address that the speedometer cable had broken at 50 miles and sent pictures, no response. I asked where to get a spare air filter, no response. After phone calls where they said they would get with the warranty department, no response. Only when I emailed the owner thru his ********* House of Representatives email address did I get a response. And when whoever kept asking for pictures of the "unit", I kept sending pictures of the air filter assembly. After the 3rd time she said she needed pictures of the whole scooter! Like they don't have pictures on their own site of what they sell! And I had even sent pictures of the manufacturers specific model decal on the scooter. Now they are telling me they won't ship the speedometer cable till they have a filter and have no idea when that will be. The level of incompetence here is beyond belief! Stay far away from "Familygokarts". You've been warned.

      If I could give zero stars I would. First off I paid for rush processing and shipping, was told shipping is free. 48 hours later i recieve a call from **** and am informed that I have to write "damaged" on the box regardless of the condition it is actually in (Fraud for shipping insurance) then Im informed after the initial agreement was signes and paid for rhat I have to pay an additional amount to actually have it delivered. This company will charge for bs extra fees and try to make you help them commit fraud. Highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

      We have been in business since ****. To save our customers money, we have always fully insured the package/shipment at our expense. We seldom see damage, however we do tell the customer during order verification that if there is damage to the shipment, it must be documented on the delivery paperwork and then the driver also signs the delivery paperwork. (This is a requirement for insurance purposes) Shipping was free, but there would have been an additional $39.94 charge for for special delivery instructions requested by the customer. Customer ultimately cancelled his order.

      I have made numerous attempts to get assistance from the vendor for a unit that I feel is defective. At no time has the vendor tried to assist me in correcting the issue or provided me with a vendor close to my home to have the unit serviced. When I called ************* company directly (maker of the unit) they told me that the selling vendor (Family Go Karts / BW ***** is responsible to deal with any issues / warranties and to have the unit looked over by 3rd party at their cost. This unit comes with a 1 year warranty and the issues did not occur later on in ownership of the unit but after it was fully charged and operated the first time the next day. There were no delay in my communication, like their communication, in making them aware of the issue of the unit. Details were provide to FGK in a video just hours after requested by **** (owner) and went without a response to date. This is trying to scam me out of close to $900.00 and I am currently disputing the charges with my CC company. It is very disappointing to me that a company is trying to take advantage of a customer in this fashion and I want to make others aware of their actions. I have been more than willing to return the unit to them or have them pay to have it transported to a local vendor to have the issues addressed or corrected. The reason that this is not happening is because FGK has not and will not respond to any calls or emails from myself and back the product that they sold me. The true loser in this situation is my 5 year old daughter who never had the opportunity to enjoy her birthday gift. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF THE ISSUES OF HAVING TO GO THROUGH WHAT I AM DEALING WITH! Buy from a local vendor where you can deal with them in person in case there are issues with your purchase.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a GoKart for my son and the item was damaged so badly it looked like it had been dropped and then rolled. I have been calling everyday without anyone returning my call. I followed all of the instructions given to me and still nothing. These people are shady, mean and do not care. They deserve a NO STAR rating. I'm very disappointed, as will my son be.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order 1 pool stairs and received 2 & was charged for 2. I called immediately over 2 months later, several phone calls & emails and disputes with Captial One pain staking time on this. I still have the $400 item I did NOT order and they refuse to pay for shipping ($200 my cost) ************ knows how to manipulate disputes and how to scam to make more money. Now after reading all the reviews I get it????? Have been scammed and unfortunately *********** is not standing behind me. So Sad!

      Well to start, they have the worst customer service of any company i have delt with. This company is a joke, no real store front, no real business. The reviews on their site are fake and no way to add a real review. Their website reviews are generated by a secondary site to make them look good. I asked my sales guy if the pool was instock, he assured me it was. So I ordered online, 3 weeks later i got a tracking number, but no name of shipper. The shipping company lost my pool, no help from either company. Finally a call can we deliver your pool today. It has been 6 weeks, still no pool liner, no tracking. After several calls and several emails, I get a generic email stating it will ship within 2 weeks and they will provide a tracking number. The lady on the phone was very rude, wouldn't give me her name. This company is a JOKE!!!

      ***************, ******************************************************* doesn't honor their commitment to their customers or problem solve when an item is incorrect that was received. They also shipped my order three months before I requested it. The order was placed on 12-08-2021 and requested to cancel the order as I couldn't find an pool installer here in **. The request was asked at 11:03 a.m. EST on 12-20-2021, receiving no response, I sent another note on 12-22-2021 questioning about the cancellation. I received an email that night at 8:08 p.m. EST that my order was already shipped. Once the order showed up 2 days before Christmas, and after finding an area to store the shipment, I sent emails and photos of the boxes showing minor damage to cover myself. The pool liner box was not labeled with the numbers of the item I ordered. Multiple emails back and forth before I received an email from the sales person, who I ordered the pool from stating that "all was correct". Once here, I couldn't do anything but send it back at my cost. I continued to search for an installer, and was able to finally procure an installer in early May 2022, who fitted me into his schedule as a favor to my normal local pool and hot tub company. Covid wreaked havoc with RI companies for getting swimming pools as most didn't have any available, as they were sold out. Also, I required a 15' W x 30' L x 48" H oval to match my deck, versus the ***********" and 54". The installer started on May 23rd and on May 24th they finalized the pool with the liner going in. I wasn't home when he sent me a photo showing me the water level marked with blue tape, so he could cut in the skimmer, return and complete the plumbing. This is when I noticed that the liner was wrong. Multiple emails (40 min), photos and phone calls and they still resist to acknowledge this error and come up with a resolve. Not even an apology and credit for the difference at minimum. Not very customer orientated. I'm being kind with my words.

      Ordered from them because they were a bit cheaper than other sites. Found out quickly the reason why. We received a text message two days after ordering that it was urgent we call them. They said a mandatory $169 "access fee" would be required on top of the "free shipping". I bet this works many times and results in a nice haul for them. But don't fall for it! Order from a reputable seller.

      I ordered a ride in 24 volt truck for my sons 5th birthday in September of 2021. It was great for a few weeks until the battery would no hold a charge. I reached out to the company who at first seemed helpful, then after nearly 25 emails back and forth and almost two months of trouble shooting, testing batteries they finally told me I needed a replacement battery. Which they would not cover. So I bought a new battery despite the unit being nearly new. Installed the battery and now the truck barely moves, clicks and is pretty much a 900$ paper weight. I have no idea how Im going to recoup my money but I wish something would be done. This company obviously doesnt care about after the sale. I would not advise ANYONE to purchase ANYTHING from this company. My son got to ride this for about two weeks and now its useless. BUYER BEWARE!

      Do Not buy from this company!!!!! We purchased a atv quad for our daughter for Christmas. When the four ******* arrived everything looked good till my husband put it together and tested it. It would not go anywhere in drive, only in reverse. After numerous calls and messages left, we were stuck emailing back and forth with them asking us to take pictures of different parts on the four ******* in which we did and then we would receive another email telling us to try something different to see if we could fix it. The point of purchasing a brand new 4wheeler was for it to be in good working condition, and not to have to work on it. They have offered no apology or any type of refund for our trouble. So now Im looking into filing a law suit against them. Absolute worst experience ever.
