I opened this gym membership before all this Covid 19 started. For a while my gym membership was paused then the billing started again. I called in March of 2021 to see what I had to do to get this cancelled they told me to write a letter which I did stating I was a high risk with everything that was going on and I needed to have this cancelled provided my customer information. We are in some crazy times right now I thought this was cancelled did not see any charges. Come to find out that about 3 months ago I see a charge from Planet Fitness and I have been charged. So I messaged someone on FB for the business and they apologized and told me every Planet Fitness club is independently owned that was on 1/19/21. So the told me to call them directly which I did 2 times requested a supervisor or manger left my contact information told the man that answered the phone what my issue was and no response. No one every called me back. I would really love for my membership to be cancelled and if they could refund some of my money back since I did request for this to be cancelled since March of 2021 and here we are a year later. I feel that I have been taken advantage as I have mailed in a letter and made 2 phone calls for this to be resolved and I have not. Today I have been charged again.Business response

I have just became aware of this situation during the first response. I attempted contact 2 times and left a voicemail for the client to contact back so we can get this matter resolved in a timely manner. I will contact again.
