My dodge grand caravan was towed from my purchasing dealership with transmission issues, making the vehicle not drivable to Tanner Motors Service on 8/1/22. I had been told they would get it diagnosed in 2-3 days and when 3 days passed, I called for a follow up. I was told they would not be looking at it due to other vehicles taking priority as mine was considered a drop off. I was also told that it was not a matter of just hooking up the Diagnostic tool, they would need to pull the pan. I waited several more days to be told that it was currently on the hoist the previous day. The service advisor ***** told me that she had no information other than the mechanic was looking at it. I asked about codes and she told me he must have gotten codes before he pulled the pan. I called today to be told they have 3 or 4 other vehicles that have transmission problems that are being diagnosed before mine can be done. I was told last week mine was priority once a long timer vehicle was done so they could keep my van in the bay to await fixing.......I told ***** that I drove by and saw my van ****** in the lot and asked how they had not diagnosed it yet. She laughed and told me that the mechanic can do most of what he needs to do with his diagnostic tool where it's ******. Conflicting with her previous statement that the pan needed to be removed to see what was wrong. I don't believe they even had my van in their shop at all. ***** will not give me any timeline other than she hoped the Diagnostic codes would be done for all their vehicles needing transmission work today so they could order all the parts together......i can have my van towed to another authorized dodge service facility with my warranty coverage but it won't be looked at until 8/22 but at least they were upfront with me. I expect more communication from this business, not me having to call and see what is going on, and treated like a self paying customer. I still paid good money for my warranty!Initial Complaint

I bought a used 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Tanner Motors in Brainerd, MN on October 30th 2021. When I was negotiating I asked about a second fob, Jeff ******* the sales person indicated there would be 2 fobs with the vehicle when delivered. When I test drove the vehicle there were no cracks in the windshield. When the used 2018 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk was delivered on November 8th 2021 there was a crack in the windshield, only one fob and no users manual. I contacted Jeff ******* the same day the vehicle was delivered asking about the cracked windshield, missing fob and missing users manual. Initially he responded but has since stopped communicating with me without resolving any of the issues.
