2 starsBefore they were acquired with another company they were great to work with. I have had an ongoing issue with this company since they installed my gutters. Every other system of theirs work fine. Unfortunately the front section in the front of my home has leaked on my steps from day one. They did come out when called but the leak was never stopped. I have videos of the rain water streaming down on my front stairs. During one visit a supervisor came along to talk to his crew. He did say “ We should have done it right the first time. We had a big rainstorm a few days ago and the water was pouring out of the gutter like a waterfall. When I contacted them I was told that a previous waived invoice would now have to be paid or they no longer want to do business with me. The facts don’t lie. they did shoddy work and refuse to make it right and stop the water leakage. This gets dangerous in winter when it thaws and then the water freezes on the steps. I am hugely disappointed and feel that those who install a system should correct the bad parts and make a customer pleased with the service and the company. Apparently that is not true for Advantage.

2 starsThe installers were excellent, but my salesperson and the office left a lot to be desired. My salesperson assured me the installation would be done in two weeks. At two weeks I called the office and was told the materials were not in stock (personally, I think they forgot to put me on the installation schedule). The next day I threatened my salesperson with cancelling the contract if it was not done in a week. Six days later I was told the installation would happen at 8:00 AM the next day, even though poor weather was forecasted. I made a 30-mile trip to the house to be available for any questions that might arise and at 7:58 AM I received a text that the installation would be postponed a day due to weather; I'm guessing they pulled their head out, stuck it out the window and looked to the sky. No apologies or discount for my trouble. What a clown show!Advantage Home Pros
