Business has been billing me for a service that hasn't been used since 2017 and I need the billing to stop as they don't answer/return calls or emailsBusiness response

We were first notified about the merchants desire to close their account with Worldpay via an e-mail that was sent to us on 03/26/22. We reached out to the merchant by phone on 03/31/22 to assist them with getting their merchant account closed. We had a good conversation with the merchant and sent them the necessary paperwork to close their account. The signed paperwork has yet to be returned as of 04/04/22 but once its been received, we will promptly submit a cancellation request on behalf of the merchant. Once this has been completely resolved, the merchant has agreed to contact the Better Business Bureau to provide a positive update.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention so we could assist the merchant as quickly as possible
