I own a rock quarry in *******,**** a small business. I have used nothing but Caterpillar equipment for the past 50 years. I have always purchased an used the Ziegler Caterpillar store in *********, **** for ************************** I recently received a voicemail from *** who said I could no longer do business in their store due to late payments. I called Ziegler Cat headquarters in *********** thinking my bookkeeper did not pay an invoice only to find out my credit was good and I had no outstanding invoices. I ask them why I was told I could not purchase parts from the ********* Ziegler Cat store they had no explanation. I have done a lot of business with that store and paid them a lot of money for their mistakes as well as mine. Not to say at times how poor the customer service can be. I think this store needs an overhaul very poor reflection on the Ziegler Caterpillar name. Since we own our own business an invoice our customers for buying our products we would not think of cutting them off for paying a bill late or not at all. Thats what ********************* is working with them to make payments an keeping your customers.We would probably not go back to using this store unless changes were made to the staff even tho the location is close to our business. We would really like a good explanation why in May of 2023 we were told we can no long order parts from their store? I think we deserve a written explanation an not a voicemail. This is a serious allegation towards *******************.
