My wife and I had a major hail and wind event that created a tremendous amount of damage to our home, and properties we owned in ************. We attempted to deal directly with the insurance company after filing our claim. Not only did the insurance adjuster not perform a complete inspection of our properties but they did not have knowledge of the specific products we would need to repair the damage. Their services allowed us to receive hundreds of thousands of dollars more than what was offered to ** when dealing directly with the insurance carrier.
