      I've never received a notification to pay off this debt from the collection agency. I only received notification of the debt being applied to my credit report. I don't know where the debt is from, and I don't know why I never got the chance to pay the debt off before it appeared on my credit report. I'm being asked to pay $2130 from Absolute Resolutions Investment for a debt I was never informed of. It was opened on September 16th, 2024.

      This is a **************** originated by Navy ******************** on 10/16/19.  The account charged off on 5/25/23 and was sold to Absolute Resolutions in 9/24.  Absolute Resolutions emailed the Notice of Sale and Assignment of Account to the email address listed in this complaint on 9/23/24.  The account was placed with a third-party servicer that sent the initial validation notice on 11/18/24, which included notification the account would be reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies.  Validation of debt will be sent.

This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. I have no recollection of applying for or consenting to any agreement with ABSOLUTERE Under 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), you are required to provide verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment if I notify you in writing within *************************************************** documentation proving that I consented to this account.       I had a collection account on all three credit reporting agencies, **********, ********, and *******, listing Kashable. On or about Jan 28, 2025, I settled the outstanding balance for deletion from my credit report. To date, the tradeline remains with a zero balance, which states settled for less than the owed balance. This was not the agreement to pay the account. It was supposed to be deleted from all of my credit reports. I am requesting that Kashable delete the tradelines from my credit reports.

      I have been trying in vein to get Absolute Resolutions to give me a statement of my account showing the full balance due. Their website is flawed and does not have any statements available from January 2024 going forward. on 2/5 I received a piece of junk mail from a mediation company in ******* advising me that "some company" had filed a lawsuit against me. I went to the Charleston County SC court website and found that Absolute Resolutions had filed a lawsuit agains me on 2/21/25. I've not received one piece of mail from Absolute Resolutions, nor a phone call. I've contacted Absolute Resoulutions to try and get a statement but they've been no help what so ever. It floors me that I was notified of a lawsuit by a mediation company cold calling people for business and not absolute resolutions nor the law firm they hired. I believe that I have 30 day window to request debt verification, however in this case I was not. As a disabled Veteran I believe my rights under the ***** have been violated. I would like someone from either Absolute resolutions, the firm they hired to file a lawsuit against me, or the Attorney in SC they used to file the lawsuit to contact me. However it appears that Absolute Resolutions files countless lawsuits simply to see if they get decisions in their favor without notifying the defendants. Sounds rather sneaky and unethical to me.

      This is a Jasper ******* originated by WebBank on 4/6/21.  The ******* was sold to Absolute Resolutions in 6/23.  On 7/9/23 Absolute Resolutions sent an email to the email address listed in this complaint, notifying of the purchase of the *******.  On 11/15/24 the ******* was placed with a third-party law firm, ****************************  The firm sent the initial validation notice on or around 11/26/24.  It appears the consumer has had contact with *************************** recently which prompted the firm to send validation of debt on 3/6/25.
