Back in November we ordered a garage door, paid for it & had it installed. We ordered a cream door. We had to leave for a meeting while they were installing. When we got home we saw that it was white & looks awful. Chris A****, who we were dealing with, came out & looked at it & acknowledged that they put the wrong door in & said they'd bring the right one out & fix it. Never happened. At first, he was responsive & said they were on back order. 8 months later & we still have not received the correct color door. It's embarrassing. We even offered to have it painted for $400 so they wouldn't have to replace the entire value of the door for $1500. They said they had a company that could come out & do it. But yet again, they fell unresponsive & are not taking care of it. We will end up almost $2,000 out of services between the correct garage door color & having it painted. We have been super patient & understanding, but they just stopped being responsive or fixed the issue.Business response

We have agreed to pay to have their door painted the color of their choice. This should resolve their complaint.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I will accept the response once we actually see that the painting has occurred. Still disappointed that we will need to buy the paint ourselves and unsure of why they will not just install a new door since they stated they have one in stock, but if it is painted well, we will accept it and within the timeframe stated we will accept it.
