Beware of Empire City Auto Parts. Total Scam... 20+ hrs. wasted to confirm my order and recover my money. Here is my terrible experience with ordering a used Pontiac hood. First salesman guaranteed that my part would be shipped with-in 10 working days. When I called to find a tracking number on the 12th working day i was given the run-around and the told me that they had issues recovering the vehicle that the part was to be recovered from. I was then promised that it would be shipped by the end of the week ...another 3 days....3 weeks after I originally ordered the part. I waited until the following Tuesday to call again since I did not receive the shipping confirmation by the end of that week. After spending hours to make phone contact with a live agent (all of my service and inquiry requests always started with an email through their website) I was forced to just leave a voice message on 3 different lines. After no response entering the 5th week I still had no contact through their phone service (it was as if they had now blocked my number) So I was forced to use other phones and finally made contact with another salesperson who apologized and again promised that they would get on my order and ship it with in the next week. That did not happen so after numerous hours of non answered calls I started to search alternative non-listed contacts for the company. Found that the physical address was an empty lot and could never find a real customer service... So after two months of tying up $500 of my money (luckily paid through credit card) and taking up space ion the shop had to resort to reporting it and having the credit card company attempt to resolve my refund....finally cleared 4 months later. By the way got lucky and found the hood through another company had the part in 3 days

Ordered several parts from EMPIRE CITY AUTO PARTS WITH MY VIN NUMBER I was surprised that some of the parts were damaged and noncompatible with my vehicle.2 Air bags were never delivered uptill now since January 2021 .I called Shawn Williams and Paul Smith the people that sold me the parts they told me to ship the parts back which I did with the tracking number and i made several fraustrating calls to resolve this problem to my surprise my phone was blocked. 2 AIR BAGS $1200 RADIATOR $400 AC CONDENSER $400 RADIATOR FAN $120 LOWER ARM CONTRO $400 TOTAL $2520 I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered various parts for my Porsche 911 at first I never believe that a company like EMPIRE CITY AUTO PARTS IS A FRAUD.After several months since January i receive damaged radiator,non compatible AC Condenser,non compatible lower control arm ,non compatible radiator fan ,I gave my vin number Empire City Auto parts told me to ship them back to various addresses I did and send them the tracking number ,uptill now i never got my money back.The two air bags i ordered and paid for since January were never delivered .I made several fraustrating calls and finally to add insult upon injury my phone was blocked.The names of these fraudsters are Paul SMTH AND SHAWN WILLIAMS. $2500 WAS PAID AND I NEED a help GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered a Hybrid Battery from them and it was damage to the point that it was not usable. Tried to tell me it was in perfect shape when it was shipped. From the looks of it, it was just ripped out of the vehicle. I was told that it would take about 8 to 10 days for it to be removed and tested. I sent in pictures of the damage and they said it was insured so they would send me another one. Twice I was told when it would be deliver to my home but was never given a tracking number and nothing arrived. If it was insured then not only do they have my money, they are also getting money from the insurance, sounds like fraud! They are not responding to my calls which bring into question whether they are a real or a scam!

Dave H Ordered a refrigeration line for my 1999 Dodge Dakota on July 12/ 2021 ECAP-16748 and after many phone calls and fake promises by Abraham A sales man, I have not received the part yet a month later. These guys are fake and do not waste your money and time on them, they take your money and leave you hanging in there. I just do not understand how a business like this can exist

Ordered a part for my 1999 F150 13 days ago, July 8, 2012. $135.00. Raymond would not give a tracking number and refused to give a refund. My Ford dealer is waiting for the part. On July 20 James sent an email stating they have a transportation problem and shipping will be delayed. So, I referred my case to the Minnesota State Attorney General fraud department. These people are thieves

DO DOT USE THIS COMPANY... THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE.... These dumb asses do not understand when accepting credit cards if you fail to deliver, shipping company messes up the delivery, or make no attempt to ship the funds can be reversed by the credit card company. They charged me $400 for a part then sang and danced about shipping my part for a month and half. I insisted on tracking number never provided. Then after a month sang the tune of a their internal shipping company and there is no tracking number. Their idea of customer service is too lie, never return calls to provide answers, and now refuses to take calls. Finally had enough and called the bank and got my money back. Thanks for wasting my time!!!! ****If you got screwed by this company call your credit card company and complain. Your credit card company will reverse the charges****

**WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** I recently bought a 300.00 autoparts from them that was not delivered. I informed they needed to file claim on my behalf with FedEx. They refused and called me a liar and hung up in my face. Now I'm out of 300 bucks. The people that work at the company are rude, and they're un professional.
