    In the 2 months of working with Cloud Content, we were completely satisfied with every aspect. Sintia -1st person I talked to, answered all my questions. Soon Jaden, Sam and Ivan came to our house to wrap everything. It was an amazing process. I told my friends it looked like shrink wrapped beehives. They helped me safely remove the glass shelves and wrap each of 3 glass curio cabinets with great care. Nothing was broken. They knew how to wrap every item to keep it safe. They put screws, shelf pins & any small items in bags, labeled them & taped them to each item. They tagged every item, labeled, scanned it. Ivan & Santiago came to return our things. They carried every item by hand and neatly pack each item in a truck. I was amazed how they handled each item-large bookshelves, a huge sofa & recliner - both very heavy. While they had our items, they called regularly to see if we needed anything else. 2 months after pickup date, Rolando & Ivan arrived to return the items. They unwrapped every item, put back together & located them in our basement. They had to rearrange a couple of times. They hauled all the packing materials. They had to take the handles off the slider door to get the sofa in. One screw fell down alongside the house and it was gone. They went to a local hardware store to promptly replace it. Ivan has good "handy man" abilities. I noticed that a small spot on the bottom of one of our bookcases was falling off from age and wear. Ivan knew that using glue and clamps would be a better option. We did that & very soon we put the bookcase in place and it is holding. Thank you for all the hard work & customer service. They also helped us move two fully assembled Christmas trees into my office and when they returned, they helped us move them back where they belonged in the basement living room.     At first Cloud was great to work with until my contents were brought back to my home. I have $9700 worth of damaged and missing items. I originally sent for only a reimbursement of some items at low costs and Cloud several times stated they would only pay me for half and reimburse me for the other half once I repurchased. My insurance Co paid Cloud $42k to take care of my items, I should not have to come out of pocket to replace anything. They have refused to give me the owners contact info for months (I was just able to find his email address today) , they have refused to give me their insurance carrier information so I may file a claim. Today I have filed a complaint with the Iowa Insurance Division and with the Attorney General. The Atty Gnrl stated on the phone this isn't the first time they've heard of this issue. I wish I had done my research and read reviews before hiring this company but they came to my hotel the day after a tornado hit my home and I thought my insurance company sent them but it wss infact a contractor that ended up bailing on my project. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This company is predatory in the face of a traumatic event that occurred to me and refuses to make it right. Again, they received 42k from my insurance company and will not right the wrong of all the many damaged and missing items that they were paid to care for.

    They want 20k for storing my stuff while 24 restore (they have the same owner) dragged feet on construction insuring more pay out from insurance. Problem is I’ve hit max insurance coverage for the flooding and I still have a gutted kitchen and bathroom.
    Im a disabled vet. Cloud contents won’t reply to any of my emails and are holding my belongings hostage because I can’t pay them out of my pocket and I still don’t have a home to put the items in. I never signed a contract, the contractor took it upon himself to move my items. This is theft.

    This is a fantastic company.....
    Someone from Bauer Restoration recommended them to me so I gave them call.
    I have never seen such an amazing four workers &their teamwork.
    They packed /removed everything out of this large & very cluttered basement because there is water damage/mold...including removing many very heavy items.
    Not only was their work fantastic & extremely fast they were so kind/ accommodating to my requests. If I could give them all a raise I would.
    When I see them again in a few weeks with items that can be returned they all deserve a tip.
    I didn't know that was allowed until I just checked.
    Sintia was the person that came here so fast, same day that I called. She looked at the basement & then went over all the necessary paperwork/forms with me.

    Cloud Content was working at my home today . They have been fantastic. They are so friendly and hardworking!!!!

    Cloud Contents did a great job! Would recommend them to anyone. Trevor has been very informative. This week David and Leonor finished packing the house, sorry I forgot the name of the guy that was here last week. They all were super. So glad there are people who can do this and seem to know what they are doing. Very pleased!

    I was referred to Cloud Contents after my basement flooded. This was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. Cloud Contents tried to defraud me. For instance, their crew could not finish their work because they were waiting on a dumpster. After several days, the Cloud Contents' associate asked ME where they could get a dumpster. I called my own garbage company and got one delivered by 12 noon the same day. I had to pay myself, and was invoiced on my next garbage bill. However, when I received Cloud Contents' invoice, they included charges for a dumpster. Even though they never obtained, provided, or paid for one. There were numerous items like this, i.e., they provided us with 62 boxes but tried to bill for 150! At $5 each, it added up.
    However, this outright fraud was the least of my worries working with them. They outright lied to me. I did not want to pay them $14k to 'wash' my items - many of which were stored on high shelves and never even got wet. They told me and, later, my husband, that they had not yet washed anything. In fact, they stated everything was laid out to dry and no cleaning had been done. My husband and I both - separately - told them we would not pay them to clean our items. They said ok, even telling my husband they already had a note in the file to that effect. I even put this instruction in an email. Then, a week later, they completely changed their story and said it was all washed right away. What a bunch of liars!
    They didn't even do they job they were hired for correctly. They failed to document items they threw away, "threw away" perfectly good items, and broke numerous items they 'salvaged.' Please stay away from this company as they are simply professional rip off artists preying on people already in difficult situations.
    Before hiring them, please also look at Minnesota's online court records and do a case search of their name, as well as that of 24Restore (same owner). You will not hire them.
