    Great experience from ordering to using the product. Fast home delivery, courteous customer service, detailed instructional video about installation, prompt followup with installation question. I could not have asked for a better experience.

    All of my dealings with Many Bidets have been prompt and pleasant. A few questions that I had of their staff were answered efficiently. I highly recommend both the Ultra-NOVA Bidet Seat and Many Bidets.

    My experience with ************************ was so good I am going back to purchase a second bidet from them. In my opinion, their website provides valuable information during the research process and their customer service staff are incredible - knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. To top it off, their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend them.

    **** and her associates provided the highest level of customer service that I've ever experienced. From the initial process of choosing a the bidet seat that would meet my specific medical needs that took place over multiple calls and emails, to the quick shipping, to phone assistance for installation they were available, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. **** was more concerned that I had the correct bidet than she was with making a sale. I highly recommend Many Bidets and will use them again, without hesitation, when we remodel our 2nd bathroom.
