On or about December 13, 2021 Reyes Building & Exteriors replaced my roof by December 30 roof started leaking very bad. Hadn't leaked before the new roof was installed. While checking in my attic to locate leak one of their employees fell through my ceiling. It took 6 months for Reyes to repair my roof with rain water steaming through my ceiling for that 6 months. They still haven't repaired my ceiling and I've submitted quotes for the repairs to Reyes. I've been told the attic now has mold and will need water and mold restoration, plus drywall replacement and painting. Reyes would like to do the ceiling repairs themselves but they are roofers and exteriors not water and mold restoration or drywalling and paint. I would like liscensed insured contractors experienced in drywalling and paint and water and mold restoration, qualified contractors to do the ceiling and attic repairs. I've been told by the restoration contractors I had bid the ceiling repairs that we should not be living in the house until the mold restoration is complete. It's now June 20th, Reyes completed the roof leak repair one month ago and still haven't repaired my ceiling and attic. I have had mold growing in my attic since December 30th 2021. My wife and I are feeling the effects of the mold and we have a big hole in our ceiling 3'X3'. I have provided Reyes roofers with quotes for the repairs. I would like Reyes to take responsibility and get my ceiling and attic repairs completed. My wife and I have been more than patient, over 6 months waiting on repairs catching rain water and snow melting in a bucket in our living room. Our health is suffering, time is of the essence. Please help resolve this issue. Not sure how much longer my wife and I can stay in our house with the mold. Doctors just put my wife on a machine to help her breathing at night.
