Non stop harassing phone calls. I don't even know how they got my number. I never inquired about any home improvements, nor was I ever interested in any. Starting Sunday morning, they've called me 10+ times a day. I answered one Sunday afternoon and told the person I had no interest and to remove my number. A couple hours later it started again, coming from different phone numbers. I block each new number, then they call from a different number. What a terrible, dishonest, overly aggressive business.

I had an appointment with ****************** from infinity home improvement for new gutters on my home in ********. ******** was very helpful and polite to assist me in getting the best solution for my home.

We had Infinity replace our deck with a new foundation and fabricated decking. They did a quality job from start to finish. The salesman gave us projected dates for measurement, start and completion of the project and all dates were met. Every time we called with questions our calls were returned immediately. The best part was, the construction and finishing of the deck was perfect. The carpenter was literally a craftsman and the deck is solid and beautiful. During construction a storm was predicted, so he worked the entire weekend to finish before the storm started (in December!). Also they were careful to keep the yard cleaned up during the entire process and everything was carted away before they left for the day. Over all we are thrilled with the result.

Great Customer Service and follow-up before, during and after the project was complete. Very professional installation and showed up on time everyday and started as scheduled. Very pleased.. Marty

I chose this company to have my garage roof replaced due to it leaking & my insurance company threatening to drop my coverage if I did not get it repaired. Infinity Home Improvement was such a breath of fresh air. *********************, Sales Manager, was very personable and professional. He worked right along with me from start to finish (and beyond), to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The workers arrived on time, they used high quality materials & performed a thorough job. They also did their best to clean up afterwards. We only found a few nails here and there. I thank **************, ****************, and the staff of Infinity Home Improvements for everything! You wont go wrong choosing this company!!! You wont be disappointed ??????????

nfinity Home did a great job on my gutters and gutter helmet. Tina helped out with the inspection.

They did a conversion of our tub/shower to a walk in shower a few years ago. In February 2023 we discovered while cleaning the shower wall that there was a "bubble" in a 2'x3' section where the acrylic panel was coming loose from the wall behind. We contacted the sales rep who came out and looked and the problem and took video. 6 weeks (an a number of calls) we finally got a call saying that they had received guidance on how to resolve the problem and were working on scheduling. Shortly after that we got a call the same day saying the original installer had just had knee surgery and was not available but they were working on finding another installer to do the repair. 3 weeks later we got a call from another person at the company who wanted to look at the issue. He came looked it over and said he was actually a tile guy and knew very little about acrylic bath systems and did not feel comfortable attempting this work but would report back to *** who was the owner. In the last 2 1/2 months I have left at least 20 voice mails asking for resolution of this issue. I have received ZERO return calls from the sales rep, install department, and most telling none from the owner who I have attempted to speak to.As a former sales rep and business manager I cannot understand this behavior. Be forewarned!!****************

High pressure sales and if you have a significant other, they must be home when the salesman comes, or they won't schedule appointment. Salesman over-promised an issue would be remediated/lessened and/or fixed if we had them do some work. Well, let me tell you, it did not fix the problem. It actually made the issue worse!!! A service technician came out to look at the work and stated it was not done correctly in December and the company would follow-up shortly thereafter. I had to follow-up with a call in January to see what was going on. They admitted the work was not done properly and would issue a partial refund to our credit card on what they missed (total lack of detail on their part). Followed up in February, April (no response) and May to find out status of fixing the overall issue. I was told they did their job, and no further action would be taken by them after they spoke with the manager. The person on the phone was condescending and didn't seem to care about the company's reputation. Very poor customer service. I would stay away from them and would not recommend them!!
