Buyer beware! They came out to my home this past winter to repair my furnace, during this time they broke a gas line and couldn't come out for four days to repair it. They did come out and they made good on it. Fast forward July 16th 2021. This time it's the middle of summer it's very hot my air conditioning went out and I called to see if they could come fix it. They were able to come out the next day. My unit was in excess of 20 years old I was sure I would need to replace it. The tech said that they could try to fix it but it would just keep continue to have problems and recommended a new unit. We scheduled the time for 2 weeks later July 27th for them to install the unit. I received a phone call that they could come out earlier on July 22nd. They came out to install the unit. They had to turn off the gas so they could safely install it. By the time they were finished I had no heat and no hot water but my air conditioning was working. They didn't tell me I didn't have any hot water, just that I didn't have any heat. Well it's the middle of the summer, I don't need the heat. They send a tech out on Monday to check it out. The text starts banging on a small box at the bottom of my hot water tank and then he goes over and looks at the furnace. He tells me that he cannot fix the hot water tank that this little box at the bottom of it needs to be replaced. Mind you this is the same box that he was banging on when he first got here. He tells me it's going to cost $700 about $800 with labor to get it fixed. He then said that I could get a new one for $1,000. The furnace and water tank were working fine before they installed the air conditioning. They are not going to fix it without me paying a large amount of money for it. As I said it worked before they came it should be working after they came. I truly believe when he was banging on the water heater that he broke it! I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone ever again. I've had two bad experiences with them! I highly recommend going with someone else. As of today, July 28th, I still don't have hot water! Again buyer beware and do your research.

Thank you for allowing us to rectify this matter by providing you a new water heater. It was unfortunate that the gas valve failed when we tried to relight the water heater but we were happy to make the matter right with you.
