      BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY. This dealer participates in discriminatory practices.Specifically, the salesman ****. They refused to sell me the car I took for a test drive for the price listed online at cars.com. They realize their mistake and raise the price. Seems like this has happened before. I should have read the reviews before I attempted to do business here. Their rational is if you don't finance with them the price changes. That is not specified on cars.com. But before raising the price, he made it his mission to be disrespectful to me by saying that because I wasn't in person, I'm not a customer, he has sold more cars than I can buy, I don't know what I'm talking about. raise his voice and told me I don't know how many people say that want a purchase agreement and don't show, we aren't going to sell you a car and lose money on it. My response was I didn't post the price I just wanted the car for what it's listed.This is the short version of my experience.The used car manager ***** and new car manager **** are not customer friendly either. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

      Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. We discovered that our Used Vehicle disclosures about our Finance With Us discount of $700 was not being displayed on Cars.com. As a result, we will honor the price advertised without financing with us. We are also correcting our disclosures on Cars.com. We respectfully disagree about this issue being racially motivated as your salesperson, **** has an African American father.

      Terrible business. These people con you into putting a deposit down, waste a month of your time, raise the price of the vehicle by 50% when it arrives, AND sell it out from under you with your deposit still on file. Complete ****** trash employees ruin this business.

      AJ - We apologize that the lease company raised their rates with the recent increase in interest rates. This increased the lease payment while the vehicle was being built. Pricing on the vehicle did not change. We are sorry that we could not put a deal together with the current interest rates.

      I checked in weekly with no mentioned of raised pricing during the build. Youre either a.) incompetent, b.) lazy, or c.) weasels. Take your pick, because you also sold the vehicle while the deposit was still valid.

      Szott M-59 Toyota and their unethical business practices I had a very unexpected experience with this Toyota Dealership and wanted to share with all to be careful when dealing with them. I went to the dealership in late May to check for the availability of a Toyota Rav4, and was mentioned that there are two available, arriving in a few months and can be booked now --- I picked one, discussed the price with all extras (41k) and all other tax/fees (I was told it would be around 4k OR less) --- so total around 45K, I made a deposit --- and started my waiting. I got a call in late July that the car has arrived (they emailed e-contract/txt me details and asked me to sign within 15 minutes, but I said I will come to the dealership), I went to the dealership to pick up the car, I was given a contract of 49K to sign, I noticed optional services ($3795) added to the contract, I requested to exclude these optional services.Optional Services were: (on contract these are listed as "optional" --- I said, I did not ask/discussed/need those services) a) Insurance on Car Keys --- if I lost keys in the next five years, they will be replaced for free. b) Insurance on Tire Rim --- if Rims get scratched, they will fix it.c) Extended 5-year warranty ---- [I said, I am okay with the manufacturer warranty only) But, the Manager got angry with my request to take out optionals, and refused to take out $3795 (for these 3 services) from the contract --- I was told that there are "NO NEGOTIATIONS", take it or I would put it on sale today --- I was told, that they have a line of people who are more than happy to pay $2500 more than MSRP -- and then Manager left the desk --- then I was told by Salesperson that they would send me my deposit.

      Yes, those protection products are optional. We use market based pricing, and due to very limited supply and high customer demand on that model, it was priced above MSRP.       At the time of deposit, the **** price was discussed and a printout was given to me (41K). You just could not increase the **** or FORCE optional at the time of delivery.It's just plain unethical business practice.
