      DO NOT USE REFLOOR. I want to start by saying the floor itself is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The good stops there. We were told we would have a monthly payment of $80 after $500 was put down. When we received our first bill it was for $200 a month, 2.5 times more that what we could afford and moreover not what we agreed to and never would have agreed to. When we called Refloor we were informed that the sales person that we dealt with had been fired because he was lying to customers. After way to long we have been told too bad it is what it is. SO, thank you for the great floor but you can burn for not taking responsibility for YOUR BAD EMPLOYEE. YOUR EMPLOYEE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!! Your move was to make it right and you've given us a middle finger. Now we get to be more strapped than we should be for the next couple years. Not sure why you fired the guy, sounds like he's a great fit for the company. DO NOT USE REFLOOR.

      My *** was so very friendly. She went through every steps and made sure I understood them. She was the best ***resentative I seen in a long time. I wasnt ready to start the process but she was so good, I couldnt let her leave until I started the process.

      All their people I’ve dealt with have been helpful, professional, knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. Kudos to ***, ****, ***, ****** and *****. I now have a new operation manager and I’m sure she will be great too. The people are a huge asset to the company.

      This was the best experience I had. The people showed there knowledge and professionalism from beginning to the end. They kept us informed through every step. The crew was polite and used every moment of the project to complete the job on in a timely fashion. I would refer this company to all who need their floors redone.

      Thank God for you my salesman **** was awesome . My coordinator walked me thru the entire project.The installers were on time very good at what they do. They didn't leave any mess and put everything back when they finished. I love the look and it is super how better my room looks . Thanks again
