      Ordered 2 blinds form Steves 1/17/2024 Shipment date was supposed to be 2/4/2024 As of today 2/11/2024 I have not received the order Tried to contact the company thru their phone numbers and also thru email and all are not working They have charged my credit card and it seems like they have gone out of business and have kept my money No word rpm them at all. Buyer beware .

      Order #C1426149, paid in full $393.18.Order placed 11/24/23. No shipping notification after 1 month. Emailed customer service and was told they had reached out to the mill and were waiting for information. Received no further communication. Emailed customer service again 1/29/24 and am still waiting for a response. I would like to have the order cancelled and my money refunded. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them, both previous orders were seamless. This has has been an epic fail.

      Order wallpaper on orders 1/7/2024 email said they got order and was on it way 12/27/2023 another order was sent in thinking my other order was on its way ,not seen the orders ,got a message on the Dec 7,2023 got a email saying At this time, we have not received tracking from xxxxxxI have emailed them and requested tracking or an updated estimated shipping date. I will contact you as soon as we have a response from xxxx. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us we do apologize about the inconvenience but unfortunately this order was unable to be fulfilled. We will be issuing back a refund for your order in the next couple of days and once that is being processed you will receive another email with an update. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you at this time.I have emailed 2 more time and now there phoneisdisconnected ,Im out ******

      Ordered Blinds on 7/3 and cancelled immediately on 7/4 when they said it would take a month to arrive. They acknowledged my email as they surprisingly responded within a few hours. Next thing I know, I receive a text saying that my blinds have been shipped. I spoke to CS to cancel the shipment as I was supposed to have the FULL order cancelled. They claim they never approved my cancellation because my order was already in production. However another rep told me that they were closed on those days for the holiday so there was no way they actually started my order. Their responses were full of lies, even though I showed them where they were lying. Our communication ended when they stopped responding to me. Now I have to do a chargeback.

      We are sorry that you were not communicated about our order process. We transfer orders via edi which is electronic and goes to the factory immediately to start production. This occurs every day every hour whether sales department is open or closed. Your order was in production hours after ordering. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you for being our customer

      I wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds. Everything was positive: product selection, best prices (couldn't find blinds ANYWHERE for less), the ease of using their online ordering/website, VERY fast delivery (including the sending of samples). **************** reps were great! They went out of their way to help with technical questions, including sending ******* how-to videos. This is one great company!

      Longtime customer of *********************************************. In June they shipped a faulty product to me. The company reviewed a photo and acknowledged the defective product. Per instructions returned the product, received confirmation of delivery, received notification from the company that they would provide a "refund." They have not. I do not have the blinds, I do not have a refund. I do not have a store credit. I did pay $333.07 for defective blinds plus $76 to ship them back and have nothing to show for it. If I could leave zero stars here I would.

      This is completely untrue, I have never received a refund. I have asked the customer service representative where my refund is and have never heard anything from them. Also I presented photographic evidence documenting that the blinds were defective and at the time the company agreed with me. However, Im not surprised since most of the responses and interactions I have had with Steves blinds have been less than truth. It would be helpful if the company would provide me with some evidence of a refund since I never received it .

      Verified again with Discove and PayPal that no refund or chargeback has been provided by Steves Blinds. I also advise anyone who considers a purchase of Steves Blinds to read the reviews from previous repeat customers like myself. I have placed multiple orders from this company over the years and was very satisfied previously with the quality, customer service, and price. However, something has changed at Steves Blinds. The quality of product is substantially changed for the worse. Steves Blinds notes "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on their website. For $409.00 I have nothing to show for it: no blinds! This is not even close to satisfaction.

      HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! USED TO HAVE A QUALITY PRODUCT BUT NO LONGER.ARRIVED MISSING PARTS AND NOW FAUX WOOD SLATS ARE ALL WARPING!! THEY LOOK DREADFUL!SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.ALSO SAID I WAS GOING TO GET A CREDIT AND NEVER SAW A THING. LIARS.

      I wish it were only one blind. Unfortunately it is 3 out of seven that are warped so badly that in some places they touch at the end. One blind is lying on top of the other. I will be watching for someone to contact me regarding this matter and will post here. Who knows, maybe they will make this right.

      *****'s Blinds did send a second set of blinds and while better than first set the new set also has warped slats. I did not contact *****'s again as I don't think they can do better than this. These slats also slide out of their placements.Again, the second set is better than the first, I believe the company tried to fix things but the problem is in the product itself. I wish *****'s the best however in the future I will be purchasing blinds elsewhere.

      This is a great place to get blinds. I recently replaced my old faux wood blinds with new faux wood blinds with cordless. What a relief, i dont have any more cords dangling from blinds. The customer service rep was very helpfull in getting me samples and gave me a great discount. They beat a quote from lowes by 500 dollars. I would highly recommend them for blinds.

      This company used to be a great place to order blinds from but Im extremely dissatisfied with their quality of product now and their customer service is very rude and unhelpful. They must have changed where they get their blinds from because I ordered blinds for my living room window and was sent mismatching colors 4 times. I finally just gave up. I will never order from them again.

      I am very disappointed in Steve's Blinds & Wallpaper's customer service! Last Feb. 2021 I wanted to order a pair of wooden shutters but I wanted them unfinished so I could have my contractor custom stain & finish them for me. The agent wanted to send me a sample before placing my order. After weeks, I did not receive them. I called 2 different times and was told they had been shipped yet I never got them. I finally went ahead and ordered them without seeing the sample as I wanted to complete my renovation.After weeks I finally received the shutters but the manufacturer reversed the measurements & were unusable. I was finally able to get them to compensate me for all the trouble and wanted time. ************* passed and I called for the status. I was told the manufacturer had shipped them and gave me the date. Yet, no shutters! Finally I received the 2nd order. The frames were not the ones I ordered but they confirmed that they were the ones on the order. Obviously even though I gave the agent the frame choice I wanted (he even emailed me a photo to confirm that it was the frame I wanted,) he ordered the incorrect ********* did not know until I received them so I was stuck with them.When I finally received the shutters, my contractor stained, finished, and installed them. Once installed, the louvers were obviously crooked! I called for the 3rd *********** photos. When I eventually received the THIRD set, I asked to be compensated for my cost to pay my contractor to uninstall the flawed set, then stain, finish, & re-install the replacements. Why should I have to pay my installer TWICE for a mistake the manufacturer made! My request for compensation was denied and I was told the Supervisor asked that if they were flawed when they arrived, why did I not say something then? Well, it was not initially noticeable until they were mounted and the sun coming through the louvers that it was obvious they were crooked! They replaced them but gave me no compensation!

      Yes this order has been an issue. ******* had issues with production delays, additionally yes the shutter measurements were reversed and remade at ******* cost. We did compensate the customer for the mistake we made with the measurements. When someone else finishes and installs blinds it is unclear where and how the damage occurs. We did replace the shutters at no cost to the customer for customer satisfaction. We have been told by the customer that the shutters are up and beautiful. We do have installers in the customers area that are licensed and we recommend, the customer chose his contractor to stain and install. We cannot guarantee that individuals work.

      Here is my rebuttal 1.) I well understandproduction delays, especially during the pandemic, but this started with your shippingme samples before I ever placed the order. I made 2 calls asking where the samples were and being told twice, they had been sent from and the date or shipment. Yet I never received them.2.) Yes, the first set of shutters were remade at ******* cost, and why shouldn't they be when the shutter measurements were such an obvious mistake! And yes, I was compensated, but only because I insisted as there had been so many delays I had to postpone my renovation several times.3.) They were stained, finished and installed by a licensed contractor and there was no way they could have damaged them as I saw for myself what great care they took. It would have been near impossible for them to have caused the louvers to go cockeyed. Never was it suggested or recommended that I hire an installer recommended by *******.4.) Yes, initially I said that the shutters were "up and beautiful." However, it wasn't until a few days later in broad daylight when I went into the room and opened the louvers. I glanced at the shutters when leaving the room and saw the sun streaming in, showing the obviously crooked louvers. I called customer service and explained the situation. They asked for photos which I provided. I was told they would be reordered and at that time I requested compensation for the upcoming expense of having the flawed ones uninstalled and the new ones stained, finished, and reinstalled. Basically having to pay my contractor TWICE. I was told by the agent that she would ask her supervisor. I never heard back so I followed up myself. After weeks and weeks, they arrived when I was out of town so I had my neighbor store them in the shed for me untilsuch time as I was ready to re-book my contractor. And yes, of course I chose my own contractor. What else was I supposed to do, install them myself? I have no experience in installation and am disabled.FINALLY.....this morning after readingyour response, I dug the replacement shutters out of the shed where my neighbor had stored them (the THIRD set, by the way.) The box seemed a bit too small. Sure enough, when I opened the box, imagine my surprise when each of the 2 shutters measured 28 1/4" x 27 1/4". The correct measurement is 55 1/2 x 27 1/4! Where on earth did the factory come up with THESE numbers?! I took photos of both shutters. I guess the third time wasn't a charm. Needless to say, thethird set of shutters are completelyuseless. I will NEVER use ******* Blinds and Wallpaper again and I will be sure to tell others of my experience and frustrations.
