      I strongly caution any small business owner from using Merchant Awareness / National Bankcard / North (formerly North American Bancard) for credit card processing.They withheld my credit card sales revenue for over 45 days in violation of a contract promising next-day deposits and never notified me. I only discovered the issue after reviewing my bank statement. No alerts, no emails, no messages in the processor portal, and even during a sales call from their team, no one mentioned my account was flagged.When I contacted customer service, I was transferred repeatedly for hours, hung up on twice, and eventually given inconsistent and false explanations. One rep claimed my account was flagged for not submitting documents but later admitted no documents were required. It was a fabricated excuse.Though they claim to be based in ********, my calls were clearly routed overseas most likely to a call center in *****, based on the strong accents and background noise. The communication was difficult to understand, and no one took accountability or showed professionalism.Even after I received the funds (only after I pushed), I was never sent the written explanation or contract I had requested. Their handling of the situation was evasive, disorganized, and completely lacking in transparency.I was left stressed, financially strained, and deeply disappointed. This is not a company I would recommend to any honest business owner.

Their services have significantly streamlined transactions at our Automotive and Tire Center, and Lube shops.       When we first started our relationship with North, we had a really good onboarding experience with **** ******. Our Relationship Manager, ***** *******, has been nothing short of fantastic. He's always calling to check in every time we need something from him. He is extremely responsive. We really enjoy working with ****** biggest annoyance with working with the North team is that they have way too many departments and different emails between paymentshub, Pay Anywhere, North American Bank card, North, various *************** emails, two ** team emails, etc. I think it's really challenging to navigate the servicing experience and if it weren't for *****, I really wouldn't know where to send most of our communications. We also had lost one merchant account and it's the only deployment issue we had thus far (given we do have limited retail experience with them), but they sent out three faulty terminals in a row to a merchant resulting in us losing the account. Otherwise, everyone I've worked with on the team has been great, especially *****!

      The Team at North all do a great job from the *** support to the Tech side of the business. They are always helpful and willing to listen and come up with an answer to all my questions I ask .

      Great company to work with. The are helpful and work hard to provide any services when needed. ************* is very helpful; Tech support has never let me down.
