*************************, who lives at ***************************************, hired Elmer's to do an asphalt project for four neighbors, which consisted of 200 feet of asphalt all the way to the road. This was done the end of May, 2022,It starts at the top of a slight hill and goes 200 feet toward my property. They installed no drain, so the rain water destroyed my property. I paid $3600 to have the top of my hill and driveway fixed. There have been several people who have commented on how wrong this is. A *************** executive, who retired on Bear Lake said: ***** hired professionals to do this job and they did not do it in a professional manner. Elmer's should have insisted that a drain had to go in to protect the neighbor's property.A businessman from ******** stopped and said: Elmer's out of ************* did this. They know better than this. They knew they had to put a drain here. Several other people have commented on how awful it was that they just dumped all the water on me. I have talked to ***************************** and ****************, her boss, who came out and said he would contact me in a couple days. I have never heard from him. So I am asking the owners of Team Elmer's: Is this a routine manner in which you do business? You actually lay asphalt and let all the water get dumped on the adjoining property? If this was your property or your mother's property, would you do the same thing? This is just not right! It's not right from a business standpoint, and it's not good from a reputation standpoint. It's hard for me to believe that a big company would do this kind of work. Like the ** exec said: This is just not professional. I have done nothing to my property for the past 35 years -- until this asphalt was laid, I'm wondering if the owners of Elmer's even know what kind of work your "team" actually does, I have a lot more to say but I'm limited by the BBB form.
