I ordered a sweatshirt hoodie months ago and was not given a tracking number, however I was charged and never received my product. $29.00 for product and an additional $13.00 for other charges for a total of around $42.00. I want a refund!Review from Janice K.

Placed order Feb. 17th 2021. Now a year later haven't recieved merchandise. Emailed them several times and never recieved an answer back.checked tracking status and still says preparing order to ship no tracking info.Review from Janet

I purchased a coat from MuhPaws. Upon receipt, realized it was to small. I contacted the company IMMEDIATELY. Never heard a word from them other then my request had an RMA # and they would contact me. The return policy was 30 days. They never did anything more to complete my request. They never replied back. Now when I go on their site, it states my item is nonrefundable. (Past 30 days)Terrible customer service.Review from Linda D

I ordered two items on February 24, 2021 for a cost of $30.00 and, to date, have received nothing. I wrote to the company on 4 occasions in April, May, June and August, and still have heard nothing from the company. I wish I had known about the company ahead of time and saved myself the money.Review from Josephine M

Scam company. I ordered 3 items May 8th, and they still have not shipped. I sent 3 emails and I have yet to get a response back. They took the money from my account the same day I ordered the merchandise of course. Buyer beware. Now to work on getting my money back.Review from Mazie O

OMG there are so many complaints regarding this "company". I have the same exact issues...On Feb 15th I ordered a full bodied dog coat "snowsuit" and they deducted the cost for this order from my bank account immediately.
As of today, May 6th I still have not received my order. I have contacted these people at least 4 times and they just will not respond. I wish I had read these other complaints before ordering. I wonder why some people have received their merchandise and on the other hand there are so many that haven't.
I believe there is no company in Traverse City Michigan, this is a basement or a cave under ground somewhere...I am so disappointed and disgusted and I truly wish they all get what they deserve...nothing but the worse.

This company is a joke. They sent my order to an address in New York, my address is in Indiana. And now they will not answer my emails or any contact that I have tried to fix the situation. I'm happy it was only 13.00 order, buyer beware, this company is not legit.
