    Awful experience with **** *******. First, he quoted me a ridiculously low rate of 5.8%. Then, he does a hard credit pull without any sales contract. I'm looking for quotes and he is misleading me on rates and hurting my credit score with a hard pull.

    Unqualifed people call and call and call and when you ask what company or what's your NMLS number they don't even know. I asked one guy who called and he's been an LO for two years. He would have little idea how to actually close a loan. The are desperate bottom feeding catfish who would say anything to get you to switch lenders and that would be a huge mistake. Hang up on them, report them as the scammers they are and stick with the lender who pulled your credit. Don't work with companies like this. I am a loan officer and have been for 21 years and can assure you they have no idea what they are doing.

    May 6th, 2024, I received a call from *********************** regarding my home and that I have equity in my home and could refinance. It was good timing because I was thinking about it, to pay off high interest credit cards and take cash out to fix some home issues. He pulled my credit, received the draft closing documents and things looked good. We had to have an appraisal on our home even thought I just had one done by the county for Tax Assessment. I had to pay for it! $700 which I didn't have but he assured me I would get that back once the closing was finished. I had the appraisal company come out that they sent, and they LOW BALLED my home ****** less than the Tax Appraisal and the loan couldn't go through because now I didn't have enough equity. For this company to get my hopes up and then send out this bogus appraisal company for me to spend money was BS. This was now the end of May and NOTHING has been done, I got behind on things because he ASSURED me everything would be final by June 1st. NOW he doesn't return calls or text messages. Not to mention during this time I was getting ***** calls a day from other brokers bugging me and harassing me during work. I will suggest NEVER USING this company and contact your current mortgage company or a credit union to help with Finances.

    This is company or whatever they are called. Got my phone number from experian said they already had my credit score, said I was approved for a home equity loan strung me along for 4 days and then told me on the 4th day after telling me day by day I was approved everything was going great that I was not approved. Then when they called and gave me the good news they said do you have anyone to co sign for you and I said yes even asked if they had to live with me to get the loan and they assured me multiple times my co signer didnt have to live with me and come to find out they have to live in my household. What a crappy thing to do to someone. I would never recommend them to anyone and I hope they dont do this to more people in the future.

    My husband and I are first-time home buyers who also relocated from *********** to ****** and ****** was such a great help always answered all of our questions and made sure to get back to us as soon as possible we are so grateful for ****** and his team definitely recommend we will sure use his services again in the future thank you Best regards ******************************

    This company has been accosting me at all hours of the day with phone calls and text messages. I never reached out to them for any services, so I am not sure how they receive my information. They keep saying my name is ****** which is completely wrong. I do not appreciate this type of harassment and will be taking legal action if these calls and texts do not stop.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This post shares lack of competency with legal documents! I was scammed by this company and, in more modern terms, ghosted! I was being "helped" by ******* '****' *****, only to result in a loss of $3000. I was trying to purchase my first home by the time I turn 30 in June2023. I experienced loss of my **************** within 2years(2019&2021) so I had a bittersweet cushion of life insurance, I have a steady job as a flight ************* was looking forward to owning my first home in ***********. **** reached out to ME. I didn't apply to them, ***** bank ran a check on ******* used this to offer me "something better". I was approved, went into escrow, everything was finally looking up for me. I did everything I needed to do, paying for specialists&inspections. It was difficult getting hold of **** throughout the 2-3 weeks I was in escrow. Every time I reach out to him, he wouldn't respond for hours/days at a time. On the very last day of the loan contingency, **** calls & tells me he input documents incorrectly & we had to pull the offer. That it was up to ME to fix & resubmit by the end of the day, documents that HE should've been taking care of the whole time-that he couldn't fix anything for me & then he vanished. I was inflight all day trying to monitor what was going on with my real estate agent, both of us trying to reach **** who'd only respond when convenient for HIM. Without his help, we couldn't fix the issue so we pulled the ********* reached out to *************************** in Next Door Lending, he seemed genuine trying to help me when I explained that all I wanted was reimbursement for the services I shouldn't have paid for, but then he switched on me & said it was my own fault. Next Door Lending will mess up legal documents in YOUR name and YOU will suffer the consequences. I have screenshots, phone logs, proof of all conversations via text email voicemail etc. If you value yourself, income, savings, livelihood-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
