      Bought installed Stainmaster Luxury Vinyl plank flooring at Lowes. Since they used PrizeLogic for the rebate administration, I submitted my rebate request within the time limit and with the correct documentation clearly showing I bought qualifying flooring based on the rebate documentation available in the store. PrizeLogic arbitrarily denied the rebate, saying the item number didn't qualify. There was no exclusion list on the rebate form, no list saying what flooring qualified other than "Stainmaster Luxury Vinyl Plank." I resubmitted and called and got denied again. They kept saying the item didn't qualify. The Lowes manager calls them. They still deny it. Apparently there is a secret list of qualifying item numbers that are not made available to the stores. I think the goal is to fraudulently deny all rebates with this hidden list, which I have requested but has not been sent. If someone doesn't cough up my rebate, the flooring will be returned and the installation will be cancelled. ***** should not be partnering with this scamming organization.

      Thank you for reaching out. For this rebate, your qualifying purchase was not an eligible one. ****** is the one that determined the eligible products for this rebate. There is no secret list - the list of eligible products were available online when you submitted the rebate form. The store employee and/or store manager also could have confirmed the eligible products for you as they have the list of eligible products. We only follow the list of eligible products that ****** provides when reviewing submitted rebate forms so that is why your rebate was denied. However, we have decided to go ahead and process this rebate for your troubles. You can expect to receive your rebate within 2 weeks.

      They say I won two tickets to an LA Kings game, but to get them I have to give them both my social security number and my driver's license number. When I asked why, they said Amex required that to do a background check. A background check for two tickets with a total value of under $300? This may be legit, and maybe I'm ****** suspicious, but I'm just not going to give that much personal information just to get 2 tickets to a hockey game.

      Thank you for reaching out. I can assure you that ebbo (formerly PrizeLogic) is a legitimate company. We are the administrator for many promotions, such as the Amex promotion you entered. Amex is the Sponsor and ebbo is responsible for selecting and verifying winners. Part of that verification process, per the Sponsor's request, is to conduct background checks on the winners. In order to do a background check, we need the potential winner's social security number and driver's license. We understand your concerns about providing that information, but we wanted to assure you that ebbo is a legitimate promotions company. Our business is administering promotions for brands and we are the administrator for the **************** Sweepstakes that you entered and were selected as a potential winner for. The ******* (****************) required potential winners pass a background check (as outlined in the Official Rules that you agreed to upon entering). That background check requires your social security number. Per our records, our fulfillment team spoke with you and explained this, extended the deadline for your returned paperwork, but ultimately you declined the prize, Again, we are a legitimate company and our business is administering promotions for many brands over the past 15 years. However, we understand your concern.

      Yes. I declined because neither the team, the arena nor Amex could confirm the legitimacy of this award. Amex stated they NEVER would allow an email not generated by them to state it came from them. Your administrator refused to allow me to speak with a manager or provide me any way to contact and verify with the sponsor. A background check is not standard for prize award, and like anyone with a brain, I dont give out my social security number.

      I supposedly won a clear your cart JCP voucher for $500 but when I tried to use the coupon emailed to me it said invalid serial number. I have reached out with no replies.

      I did receive the response on 3/7/2023. I was worried because the customer service rep I spoke to at JCP was trying to tell me it must have been a scam because my code didn't work. Even though I had verified the initial email.

      I have checked my spam and junk folder and have no emails. When will my CORRECTED **** be sent out? The **** I have currently shows income. You all did not send me income in 2022. When will you send me a CORRECTED **** that shows zero for other income?

      Thank you. Yes I've spoken with my contact who originally helped me with my prize in 2021. She sent screenshots of the emails, but I am not receiving them. She did get me a copy of the link and password to download the corrected ****. I do want to know, did you all get corrected the issue that caused this to get created in the first place? I just don't want to have to deal with this every year.

      Impossible to get a hold of someone. I potentially won a very large vacation prize thru Lowes. I was to receive a docuSign agreement with 24 hours that must be returned within 3 days or I forfeit the prize. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received the docuSign email. I have sent numerous emails to the lowesallproprize inbox listed on the winner notification email, and but nobody is getting back to me. I have a feeling someone at prizelogic has stolen my prize.

      I submitted four rebates through lowes/PrizeLogic. They made me resubmit my receipts and lowes could not find one of them; so, I lost out on that one. They then sent me a notice that I was getting 25. My rebate without the lost receipt was approximately 75. The cash register spit out the receipts. I submitted all of them in one envelope and it came to about 100. I have attempted to communicate with them numerous times. Totally frustrating. I feel that it is intentional. I called lowes and now I am at BBB. There are numerous similar complaints online. How are they allowed to operate in this fashion?

      They emailed me because I was selected as a winner of the Mtn Dew Little C's COD sweepstakes for a $100 copy of the game i filled out the attached ****** doc in the time span requested then never heard anything back. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone for help all i get back is the basic list of troubleshooting steps (i.e restart and re download) and at the end of it the response states to just contact ********** not them as a sort of cop out. terrible customer service.

      Selected as a winner for the Mtn Dew * ************** * **** of Duty sweepstakes for a code for the 100 dollar copy of the game. Have not received my code and ZenDesk tickets are still open with no responses. All I receive are the same automated emails about things other than my issue. Almost impossible for you to get ahold of anyones help through prizelogic.
